Doyouknowwheremanyofyourfriendshavebeenorareescapingtothispastandnextmonth?SomeofushavebeenintheMOUNTAINSOFMEXICO!Othersinvariouswarmerandsunnierplaces,someofussurvivedthesnow.

Sorrytocancelthemeeting,butweneededtomakeadecisionbyMondayafternoon,takingintoconsiderationtheconditionsespeciallyinTacomaandtheforecastforiceonTuesdaymorning.WhenIlookedoutonTuesdaymorning,Iwasgladyouallweren'tonthebyways.

Duringmyisolationfromlossofpowerand8"ofsnow,Ilearnedwearenotonlydiversecreatively,butarescatteredgeographically:somefewfarfromPugetSound,21inthenorthendfromWhidbyIsl.toW.Seattle,and52inthesouthfromFed.WytoOlympiaandwestonthePeninsula.Iaminspiredtobeoneofsuchagathering!
