Some of us have been in the MOUNTAINS OF MEXICO! Others in various warmer and sunnier places, some of us survived the snow. Sorry to cancel the meeting, but we needed to make a decision by Monday afternoon, taking into consideration the conditions especially in Tacoma and the forecast for ice on Tuesday morning. When I looked out on Tuesday morning, I was glad you all weren’t on the byways. During my isolation from loss of power and 8" of snow, I learned we are not only diverse creatively, but are scattered geographically: some few far from Puget Sound, 21 in the north end from Whidby Isl. to W. Seattle, and 52 in the south from Fed. Wy to Olympia and west on the Peninsula. I am inspired to be one of such a gathering!
