APPLICATIONPleaseconsulttheSDSbeforeuseandwearPPEasdirected.AftercleaningthesurfaceofthestainlesssteelworkwiththeTIGBrush,rinsethecleanedsurfacewithwater.• Attachtheearthclamptoyourworkpiece(stainlesssteeltobeetched).• Attachthemarkingheadadaptortothecarbonmarkinghead.• Screwthemarkingheadadaptorintothewandhandle.• Apply2inchoftheheatprooffeltwiththehardsidefacingtothemarkingheadusingtherubbero’ringsupplied.• SettheTIGBrushpowerdialtothe“MultiBrush”setting(forTBE-250modelssetpowerdialto“halfpower”)• Setthemodedialtothe“MarkingMode”.• Placethestencilontothestainlesstobemarked,securingittothestainlesswithmaskingtape,ensuringatight

flatapplication.• DiptheelectrodewiththefeltintotheTB-90StainlessSteelMarkingFluidensuringthatthefeltisfullywet.• PlacetheTIGBrushmarkingheadattachedontothestencil,usingslightpressureworkthemarkingheadoverthe

yellowarea(printablesection)ofthestencilinaslowsmoothmotion.• Removethestencilandwipetheawaytheexcessresiduewithaclean,dampmicrofibercloth.• FinishoffwithEnsitechTB-50FinishingFluid.• Cleanthestencilwithsoapywaterandrinsethoroughlywithwater.• Layflattodryandstoreflatuntilnextuse.

DISPOSALTB-90canbedisposedtoyourcouncilprovidedwastewatersystemviayoursewersystemwithoutharmtothesystemorenvironmentwithwaterdilution.SignificantamountsofTB-90willneedtobeneutralizedbeforedisposaltosewer.PleaseconsultwithyourEnsitechrepresentative.
