The Energy Hub – What is it
A physical space - the ‘Energy Hub’ is to be created within Cockcroft Building where interdisciplinary teams of
• academics• researchers• students• business • the community
can interact and develop solutions to address the looming global energy crisis.

What we will be able to test
This unique facility will allow the University, in collaboration with industry and the community, develop solutions to address the energy crisis (levels of C02, rising fuel prices and the need to secure an energy future).
