▫Assessment criteria based on business case and Federal Government requirements

Role Model Councils•How will resourcing work?
▫$5.92m is for entire project, including State shared platform development and Council funding support
▫Program of work and level of effort by each Role Model Council will be assessed at Stage 2
▫Funding will be assessed on a Council-by-Council basis and based on electronic Housing Code system requirements
▫Councils will be asked to commit an agreed level of in-kind resourcing

▫ Ideal team scenario includes Project manager (dedicated for the period of time required)
▫plus representatives from Planning/building Customer services Information systems/technology Communications Management/executive
▫ Identify gaps for support resourcing

▫End-to-end process will be mapped, technology will support the process Identify most suitable technology solution scenario for each Role Model
Council May require adjustments or enhancements to Council systems Not intending to ‘mandate’ a software solution at the local level Requirement to integrate with shared platform and be eDAIS compliant Best efforts to avoid duplication of functionality Account for ongoing budgetary implications
