Operating Instructions

• Makesurethepowerisswitchedofftoinstallorreplacescrewdriverbits;pressingthefront-endironcapwillallowthescrewdriverbitstobeinsertedorreleased

• Itisrecommendedtosuspendtheelectricscrewdriverbyaflexiblebalancerforeasyoperationandpreventitsdropping

• Adjustthetorquedialtotheproperpositionaccordingtothedial/torquetableforeachmodel

• Theforward/reverseswitchshouldbesettotheforwardpositionwhenfasteningscrews.Pressthestartswitchtocompletetheoperation.Theautomaticcontrolmodelwillshutoffthepowerandstoptherotationofthescrewdriverbitassoonasthesettorquevalueisreached

• Positiontheforward/reverseswitchtoreversetoloosenscrews

• Usehandstoholdtheelectricscrewdriverduringoperation.Keepitinaperpendicularpositionwiththescrewandapplypressureslightlytopreventslipping

• Usehandsorothermeanstofixtheobjectoperatedandoperatetheelectricalpowerscrewdriversafely

• Donotswitchtheforward/reversepositionwhenthemotorisrunningtopreventtheshort-circuitofthestartswitch

• Toensurelonglife,useitunderthenormaloperationfrequency(8workinghoursperdayandfasten800-1000screwsperhour)

• Pleasedonotusethistypeofelectricscrewdrivertofastenwoodenscrews

Regular Simple Maintenance

Checktoseewhetheralltheparts,shell,andpowerlinesareintactallthetimetoensurenormaloperations.Unplugthepowerplugandturnoffthepowerbeforedoinganymaintenanceoperationtoensuresafety.Forevery1000hoursoperationorhalfyear,thefollowingcleaningandmaintenanceoperationstothemachinebodyandtheinsidearerequired.

Output Torque/Adjust Dial Soft Start Adjustable Time Setting Switch Power Supply

Usercanadjustoutputtorquerangeofthetoolviachangingthetorquespring.Pleaserefertothetorque/dialtableandthenturnthe“torqueadjustingnut”tosettheproperdialforeachmodelofmachineandsettothedesiredtorqueforoperations.

TheBTL-05,BTL-10andBTL-15brushlesselectricscrewdriverspossessSoftStartadjustabletimesettingswitch.Usercansetthemachinestostartfromlowerspeedfor0.2-4.0secondsandthenswitchtofullspeedoperatingautomatically.

TurntheswitchseparatelytosetthetimeofSoftStart

Carefullytakeoffthetagfromitsside,andusercanseeasmallsquareopeningasthepictureshows.

Adjusting Torque

• Thedialsontheelectricscrewdriverdonotrepresentthetorquevalue

• Pleaseusethetorque/dialtabletosettheproperdialforeachdifferentmachinetypeandsettothedesiredtorqueforoperations

• Actualtorqueoutputshouldalwaysbeverifiedwithatorquetester,suchastheASGDTTseries

• TheBTL-05,BTL-10andBTL-15brushlesselectricscrewdriverscanbeusedwithswitchingpowersupplyBTL-5A(65710)

• Theelectricscrewdriverconnectstothepowersupplywith5Pconnectingwire

• Insurethatthepowersupplyisconnectedat90-240V50/60Hz,andturnonthepower

• ByturningtheHI/LOWswitch,usercanadjustthespeedoftheelectricscrewdriver

• WhenusingthePS-55powersupply,thescrewcounterSTC-02andSoftStartfeaturewillnotfunction
