1. All work shall meet or exceed the requirements as outlined in the Current Edition of the B.C. Landscape Standard. 2. Plant sizes and related container classes arespecified according to the B.C. Landscape Standard Current Edition. shall be completed in accordance with the approved drawings within six (6) months of the date of issuance of any required occupancy permit, or any use or occupancy of the proposed development not requiring an occupancy permit, and thereafter permanently maintained in good conditions.

Plant List
Landscape design and plant selection, as well as the architectural design, has been thoughtfully considered to support bird habitat conservation and bird habitat promotion. Layered Planting with a variety of texture, height and density has been used and species have been selected to support bird habitat. Plant species have been selected to provide material and opportunities for nesting, fruit & seeds as food source, and flowers throughout the growing seasons to provide nectar and support pollination and habitat. This tree no longer exists.To address City of Vancouver comments, this tree has been reviwed in the field on June 13th 2017 to assess potential for relocation. A large decay column near the base of the tree, immediately at the junction of the two codominant leaders, has been found. Substantial reaction wood has formed, so the structural integrity seems acceptable at time. Due to this structural weakness and likelyhood of reduced longevity, we do not recommend this tree be a feasible candidate for relocation.
Pruning for crown clearance for construction activities may be required. Proposed clearance fromnew building shall be 4'. All pruning shall be executed by a cerfied arborist. Proper thinning cuts shall be applied where possible and reduction cuts used as alternative. Heading cuts are not acceptable.
