How To UseSurface Preparation: Concrete• All new concrete slabs must be allowed to cure for at least 6 weeks.• Old concrete must be cleaned with a strong commercial grade detergent or de-greaser. Thoroughly wash off all residue with clean water and allow the surface to dry for at least 24 hours.

Product preparation:• No dilution / mixing with water is required when using DAVCO K10 PLUS PH.• Body Coat/Top Coat: Stir the product well before using.

Priming:• For smooth finished surfaces / substrates, old concrete and G.I roofs, use DAVCO K10 ACRYLIC PRIMER.

Application:• All substrates must be cleaned and sound prior to waterproofing.• The substrate must be visibly dry.• Spread DAVCO K10 PLUS PH onto the substrate using a roller, brush, steel trowel or spray.• Apply in a thin layer over the area to be waterproofed.• Allow 1 to 2 hours in between each coat depending on thickness and atmospheric conditions.• Recommended coverage is 0.7kg/m2 @ 0.7mm thick in minimum 2 coats.• Minimum thickness for roofdecks is 2mm of the applied product.• Tools and excess DAVCO K10 PLUS PH must be cleaned up while still wet.
