The villa is poised majestically on a hilltop, in the middle of a 100-acre nature sanctuary. This uniquely

designed Mexican-Moroccan inspired Lodge is located on the sunny East Coast of New Zealandâ��s

Coromandel Peninsula, a world-renowned holiday destination, which epitomises clean green New

Zealand.

In secured, isolated privacy, the villa is within walking distance of a 5km pristine beach with 155

million-sq. km. of Pacific Fresh Air system in front of it. Within The Lodge there is a Pool Wing and a

Recording & Writing Studio.

The villa caters for everything from an eco-honeymoon to a musicianâ��s sabbatical, We specialise in

creating private eco-getaways in true coastal solitude. Celebrating life and living are the keys. The Villa

boasts many secluded places where one can get away from it all.nIn the evening join to meet with other

guests in the dining area or the lounge, complete with log fires and splendid views.

With five luxury suites, an intimate, exclusive and private atmosphere abounds, the Coromandel is a

world renowned holiday destination for deep sea and big game fishing as well as sailing and crusing

throughout the many picture perfect islands, bays and coves. It is also known for its dolphin and whale

watching, its secluded beaches, lush native bush walks and historic attractions.

The villa is only a 20 minute helicopter flight from Auckland International Airport (AKL), courtesy

transport by car, limousine or air charters from the airport can be arranged. the villa is a 15 minute

drive from Whangamata, a coastal village with restaurants, boating, surfing, shopping facilities and an

excellent golf course.

When not in use as a poolside getaway, it becomes a beautiful Health & Beauty Spa. Offers include a

wide range of heavenly and luxurious treatments including Massage, Seaweed Wraps, Nutritional

Consultations, Kinesiology Balances, Aqua Floating & Watsu sessions. This Pool Wing suite is an

exclusive, executive nest for two.

Mediterranean in style, it houses a luxurious bath, adobe fireplace, queen size bed, double glazed

windows and doors opening to the spectacular views of pools, ocean, rolling hills and forest, with cork

floors for a natural feel.





Seperate yet within a few steps of the pools and Lodge The Recording / Writing Studio, pictured

above, will suit the musician wanting uninterrupted seclusion and space to work.

South-east facing, the Studio has been designed with the magical views of the Pacific ocean, valleys and

rolling countryside in mind.

The open studio has room for the band and equipment, a sound booth for analogue recording with

double-glazed ranch slider doors.

The Studio has one suite with a Super King size double bed and an en-suite bathroom. One can be part

of the studio scene or be in oneâ��s own world. A second room could be either an editing-suite or a single

bedroom.
