HGA-Staffing placed in-house employees and sub contract personnel for Chemtura to verify the accuracy of the 3 different
chemical plant’s P&ID & PFDs. This was a joint-effort between the HGA Staffing group and Chemtura. Our staffing division
put together a team consisting of a Project Manager, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers and Designers for the development
and execution of their QA/QC program that fit the client’s needs. HGA’s onsite engineering staff verified, redlined, drafted,
and rechecked nearly 1400 P&ID’s and roughly 500 PFD’s over the course of 3 years. Nearly 1800 drawings in all the plants
were continuously upgrading the equipment.
A large success with this client has been because of our capabilities to quickly add or remove individuals with different skill
