1. Assemble the Axle Frame First: Locate the Axle Frame (C-15, Photo 1) and 2 Axle Spindles (Photos 1 & 2). The Axle Frame
is shipped with machine screws, shoulder washers, and nylon lock nuts installed in holes at
each end of the Axle Frame. The Axle Spindles are shipped in a separate Polybag.
On one end of the Axle Frame, remove the nut and shoulder washer from each 2” machine
screw. Remove both 2” screws and insert the end of the Axle Spindle into the Axle Frame so
the two holes of the Frame line up with the two holes in the Spindle (Photo 3). Replace
shoulder washer and nut on both 2” screws and tighten securely (Photo 4). Repeat on the
other end the Axle Frame. The 1” diameter Spindle should now protrude from each end of
the Axle Frame Assembly.
Align the Spindle with the axis of the Axle Frame and tighten both lock nuts securely using a
screwdriver and 7/16” wrench.

shown in Photo 5. Be careful to correctly orient the slope of the bottom of the supports as
shown in Photo 5.
Align all the holes and insert the 2” machine screws and secure each with a stainless
washer and lock nut. (Photo 6) Tighten using a screw driver and 7/16” wrench.

the Forward Longitudinal Frame over the stub on the Aft Longitudinal Frame (C-12, Fig1) until
the two longitudinal frames meet and the holes are in line. (Photo 15 & 16) Secure with a 2” bolt,
washer, and nylon lock washer through the hole in the Longitudinal Frames (Photo 16)
