Founded in December 2005. After two decades in marketing communication, we realised that the current agency model,
has come to the end of its lifecycle.
Collaborative Communication was born. Lead by Chief Creative Officer, Rodger Beekman and Executive Creative Director, Nathalie Brähler
Supported by a worldwide network of experts in every creative field.

The essence of the model. Our ‘Collaborative Communication’ model is not a chart. It’s a pure people’s process.
We take that literally: we believe the client should pay for the best creative work made by the best creative people.
And the best creative people are the ones with an entrepreneurial mindset. Self-employed collaborators who are hungry to create good work.
These champions of creativity is the foundation of our organization. It is a reflection of our spirit to share, lead, support and innovate.

Overheads are too mainstream. We truly believe that clients should not pay for the agencies overhead expenses.
That's why we don't own office buildings, fancy furniture, parking spots or coffee machines. We’ve found a smart way to keep the overheads stress at bay.
We are a member of Spaces: a shared office concept in over seven cities worldwide
including Amsterdam and London. So wherever our work takes us, we always have a high-end office space that offers an inspiring environment with organic food, fully-equipped meeting rooms and a nice couches to brainstorm on.
In 2016, Spaces will also open in Utrecht, which is 10 min from Zeist/Heinz HQ.

Creating brand units.
For every project, big or small, we create special brand units with 60 layers of cake members. Multi-talents, innovative thinkers, hands-on creators, strategists, production tigers.
In every unit we’ll place the best minds needed to get the project done. Every unit will be led by one senior member with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
When it comes to execution we add directors, photographers, 3D artists, writers, designers to the unit. Anything that is needed to create the best work.
The client team is also part of the unit. We share all thoughts, insights and ideas openly– together. Collaborative Communication, indeed.

The irreversible shift. For years agencies have been fighting the collaborative model
trying to explain to the clients, why big agencies will always be needed. We know . . . we have been there . . . we also tried to fight the change.
But since 2006 we embraced it, in fact we are the pioneers of this movement as quoted by Ad Age. ‘Collaborative Communication’ is here and ready to support any brand or agency with their plans ahead.
