Workshop Outline: Multi-media Classroom in Teaching Chinese

Workshop objectives: By the end of the class, you will learn the benefits of applying multi-media tools into your Mandarin or Cantonese teaching and also learn the basic knowledge of using technology to enhance students learning.

Workshop Agenda: 1. First hour:

a. Introduce the concept of Blended Learning: combine face-to-face classroom instruction with online learning.

d. Discussion in the last 10 minutes. 2. Second hour:

a. Teachers will be divided into 8 groups and learn how to make Scoop it web page step-by-step.
