Lord, Heal My Hurts

by Kay Arthur

Everyone hurts and sometimes the pain

runs deep and memories torment us. As a

result, our growth is stunted, our walk

crippled and our relationships infected. But

no matter what you’ve done or what’s been

done to you, Jehovah-rapha, the God who

heals, can turn your sorrow into joy and set

you free from past hurts by His power. In this insightful study,

you will discover truths that will minister to you in deeply

restorative ways and that you’ll want to share with others.

Breakaway starts with Heart Prep Time at 9:30 am in the BCC Worship Center for corporate worship, prayer,

fellowship and reflection.

To Walk in Truth and Love: 1, 2 & 3 John

Come with us as we walk the path of truth and love through 1, 2 & 3 John. We will look to God our Light and Christ our Advocate as He gives us confidence, showing us what it means to put love into action in our everyday lives. This is a "flexible" inductive study that will guide us through the riches of abiding in Christ, and a great introduction to how to do an inductive study. Teachers: Emily Nichols & Kathryn Ditson Heartwork: 20-30 min/day

Behold, Jesus Is Coming By Kay & David Arthur A short inductive study of Revelation. God doesn't want you in the dark about the future. No book of the Bible has sparked more interest, curiosity or disagreement than the book of Revelation. This could easily lead us to believe Revelation is too complex for us to understand. But it's not-- if you study the text carefully and let God's Word speak for itself. This study will remove your fear of the unknown, give you hope for tomorrow and give you new confidence in God's sovereignty and justice. Teachers: Jackie Ehrman & Alice Anger Heartwork: 20-30 min/day

Raising Responsive Children by Judy Rossi God's goal is not to change your children so that they will do what you want; it is to change you, so that you will do what He wants. In this study, you will examine your own relationship with your Heavenly Parent. You will gain godly wisdom and perspective as you seek to raise your children to be responsive to you and ultimately to their Heavenly Parent. Note: This class will be taught over two consecutive semesters. Teachers: Judy Rossi, Lisa Toth & Megan Edwards Heartwork: 30-45 min/day

Precept Upon Precept: Deuteronomy In this Precepts class, we will be studying Deuteronomy, the last of the 5 books of Moses. Deuteronomy is the book Jesus quoted most often. What standards of behavior were laid out for God's people? How do these relate to us today? In class, we will have lesson discussion time, one hour videos, and break into small groups for prayer. Teachers: Carol Dick & Sanna Osbourne Heartwork: 20-40 min/day
