Data Warehouse

The YieldVision Data Warehouse has been fine tuned by gathering industry recognized best practices in real estate metrics and building a reusable foundation

The YieldVision Data Warehouse serves as a foundation that can be used out of the box or tailored to fit your exact needs

Through the use of a standard data warehouse design the resources required to create the environment is greatly reduced.

Integrator

The YieldVision Integrator represents the suite of ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) components that have been pre-built to pull data from your financial and property management platform.

The YieldVision Integrator will pull your data on a nightly basis to populate the YieldVision Data Warehouse

Yield Technologies will monitor the YieldVision Integrator nightly processes and resolve any data discrepancies as they arrive in real time

Dashboards

The YieldVision Web Interface provides a fast, secure way to view company performance data.

Users will be assigned to Roles which determine what information they can see and edit.

The Navigational structure of the interface is data driven and easily expandable.

The Interface itself is dynamic and will expand to fit the user’s screen resolution.

Main Dashboard Screen

The Main Dashboards Screen functions as the default home page of the YieldVision Web Interface application. This screen consists of two parts: the Overall Score boxes and a Settings bar.

•By default, the Overall Score boxes show the ten entities with the best Overall Score for a given Dashboard.

•It also shows a graph detailing visually what percentage of entities fall into the various Status tiers (e.g. Very Good, Fair, Poor, etc.).

Single Dashboard Screen

•The Overall Score for the selected dashboard will display in a column to one side of the screen.

•Each metric belonging to that dashboard will then be displayed to the right in a box similar to the Overall Score boxes on the Main Dashboard Screen.

•Five best performing •Five worst performing entities for each metric•Bar chart to graphically illustrate how many entities fall into each of the metric’s Status tiers.

•The Settings Bar for the Single Dashboard Screen contains the same options as the Main Dashboards Screen, plus it offers a Filter option.
