#Yellow Army Southampton SRC #2 November 17 th Gosport Half PB PB PB all around for our SRCers at Gosport half marathon. We couldn’t have asked for better weather as the wind and rain held off the whole morning. A lovely flat course, perfect PB territory, and lovely to meet fellow SRC runners on the way around Running literally means more cake...or in our case more SPRINKLES! Our army headed out in the famous storm of December 23 rd 2013 with their Santa attire. Thanks to Jill Choudhury (pictured below) for hand making the #yellowarmy Santa hats. One person in particular loved sprinkles so much he went back again the next morning. TOTALLY JUSTIFIABLE!

the way around the course. Definitely needed the boost, and the SAMBA band were awesome.

Santa Run 10km, Portsmouth. Our SRC runners were out in force for the Santa run 2013. Goes to show that fancy dress definitely wins!! A pure example of the community spirit was summed up in the photo where everyone held hands across the finish line! Thanks to Amanda’s husband for great pics (we might drag him to more events in the future?)
