Hello, We are Xtreme Gap Year, an exciting travel company set up

and run by 2 professional adventure travellers, Oliver Bray and

Debby Neekens to help people get the most out of their travels.

You can read all about us, as a company, as individuals and what

on earth we do here.

Right now you are probably considering having a stint away in an-

other country and might be wondering what to do and where,

and who with, and whether you need that many pairs of under-

pants. All the important burning travelling questions! Well we

are here to help inspire you to do something really special during

your time away.

That is exactly what we do at the core of Xtreme Gap, we send you off to do something amazing

in really cool places.

To some it is learning a new skill like surfing or diving or even a language, to others it might be a

wildlife experience, Martial Arts and developing their fitness or just pure travel combining every-

thing, from worried about travelling alone group travel experiences, where we take care of every-

thing for you, to really exciting Adrenaline Travel Tours.

We don´t just promote adrenaline stuff though: many people book round the world trips with us,

combining work and travel (from helping you find work in Australia to getting you qualified to

teach as a Scuba Instructor or Surf Instructor.)

No Volunteering.

We don´t do volunteering, despite it being dressed up as ethical travel, it isn´t. More about that

here, we only want you to experience trips that will benefit you personally.

We research our trips properly!

Finally we want you to have the most amazing time, so we make sure our trips are up to scratch

Booking is easy, you simply fill out an online booking form on the

program page it looks like this:

You then pay a £100 deposit to secure your place and you can book up to 6 months

ahead. Full payment (so the balance) is taken 12 weeks before you travel giving you plenty

of time to save for your flight and spending money.

Booking well ahead is actually the best way to ensure you go ahead

with your travel plans!

Cancellation Charges & Due Payments

Time of booking: 121 days or more before start date or departure date (whichever is the

earlier) Fees due: Deposit on booking, 50% of fee payable at least 120 days prior to start

date Time of booking: 120 - 91 days before start date or departure date (whichever is the

earlier) Fees due: 50% of fee payable at time of booking and full balance due at least 90

days prior to start date
