1 XLive retail Manual - user viewThis manual lines out basic information on operating the retail version of the CBCX pre-match and in-play sport sbettingprogram XLive, with emphasis on the underlying program administration.

The descriptions lined out in this manual are valid for both terminal and POS versions of XLive. This manual does not considerany graphic distinctions between the two versions. Any differences between functionalities are described separately withinthis document.

1.1 Program selectionThe application choice dialogue allows for the user to make his choice among all programs that are installed on the terminal(terminal only).

Upon selecting XLive, the user is directed to the in-play betting program and can proceed by selecting/assembling his tipsand confirming the bet.

1.2 XLive main view--The XLive main view contains a variety of functionalities to the station´s user:

- Selection of available sports (upper screen area)- Selection of available events of each sports- left screen area: available pre-match betting content- central screen area: available in-play (live)betting content- Available odds to each event and bet market- Various filter options ("All Events", "League filter", date filter)- Ticket checker- Current results ("Results")- Settings (i.e. by using the token card)- Language selection- Display of selected tips ("Bet slip" in the right screen area)- Display of available credit for betting purposes- Loyalty Card login

1.3 Tip selection, creation of bet slipUpon clicking on the chosen tips within the central display dialogue, these are transferred directly to the bet slip. Selectingtips happens upon tapping on the respective odds buttons of the chosen event.

Upon entering the desired stake and tapping "Place bet", the user finalizes and confirms the bet.

1.4 Ticket checkerUpon entry of ticket data (ticket number, 4-digit ticket code), the status of tickets can be retrieved.

The ticket checker dialogue contains all relevant ticket details.

Available ticket status:Open --> ticket not yet accountedLost --> no winWon --> Ticket won but not yet disbursed, winning amount is displayed. The disbursement must be confirmed by hitting"Disburse ticket"Disbursed --> ticket won and disbursed

If the ticket rebuy functionality is enabled for the station, the current rebuy offer is displayed

1.5 Ticket rebuy - manner of functionThe retail versions of XLive provides the option for users to receive re-buy offers for open (not yet calculated) XLive tickets.Activation of the ticket re-buy functionality happens either on folder-level and in this case applies to all assigned units ordirectly for specific terminals (or POS units).

Upon activation of the ticket rebuy function on the station, users receive rebuy offers for open, not yet calculated XLivetickets. Within the ticket checker menu they see the current rebuy priceand can decide on whether they accept the offer.

In addition to seeing the current rebuy price, upon tapping on the refresh button next to the quotation they can arrangeto re-calculate the rebuy price.

1.6 Filter optionsThe pre-match offer section provides two filter options - league filter and date filter.

The league filter allows for the user to display only leagues that he defines within this dialogue. No further events of anyother leagues are displayed in the main content section upon selection.

The date filter allows for a specified display based on selected date range ("Complete", "Today", "Tomorrow", Day-to-Day).

1.7 Display of current resultsThe results area puts recent results of all available sports at display. Available request parameters contain the time range(lower left area) and sports (icons in upper area).

1.8 Loyalty CardIf the player has a loyalty card issued by the operator, he can sign in on the terminal by entering his loyalty card numberand (if assigned) the PIN code.

The loyalty card type can be defined for each terminal within the CBCX backend programs.

Depending on the assigned card type, the player either can or must sign in on the terminal for placing bets.

Within the "user information" dialogue, the user can see the available account balance for betting purposes.

1.9 Credit disbursementResidual credit on the terminal (i.e. after the user has finished his betting transactions and still has some credit left on theterminal) can be made available for disbursal by tapping the cash icon (lower right screen area, underneath the "Place bet"button). The user is asked to confirm the disbursement and receives a credit receipt which he then gives the shop operatorwho conducts the cash payment.

2 Terminal administrationThe administration dialogue of the terminal versions of the CBCX program range puts several tools that allow to manageoperations at avail.

Access to the administration panel is done by means of token / RFID cards.

2.1 Interim reportThe interim reporting tool shows the operator all transactions on the terminal for the period of time since the previouslyinitiated interim report. Displayed information contains the report number, station number, period of time (from-to), sum ofdeposits (anonymous and loyalty card), disbursements (anonymous and credit disbursements), cancellations and balance.

Ideally, interim reports are conducted at the end of each shift (i.e. end of the day), thus providing a (daily or periodical) recordof all conducted transactions on the terminal. By tapping the "Create" button in the "Actions" area (right screen area), thecurrent interim report is being created and printed out.

Past interim reports can be requested in the left screen area.

2.2 AccountingSimilarly to the interim report, the accounting option provides a recorded summary of all transactions on the terminal for adefined period of time (since last accounting).

Information at display include the programs that are considered for accounting, accounting number and station numberand the accounting period (from-to). In terms of actual figures, displayed information contain the start balance, the sum ofall deposits (anonymous and card), the sum of all disbursements (anonymous and credit disbursements), any cancellationsand balancing as well as the credit balance.

"Create" confirms the accounting request and prints out the accounting sheet. "Create and Reset" additionally resets thebalance.

Past accounting data can be requested in the left screen area.

Contrary to an interim report, accounting cannot principally be done by the teller (most notably due to the main franchisernot allowing the teller to re-set the balance).

2.3 Ticket checkersee 1.4

2.4 Credit Disbursement checkerThe credit disbursement checker provides data on the time and amount of conducted credit disbursements (emptying thecash pool on the terminal).

The player can request the disbursement of his remaining credit upon emptying the cash pool. He receives a disbursementconfirmation receipt which he can then show the operator, allowing to receive the remaining credit in cash.

2.5 Print last ticketA duplicate of the most recently printed bet slip can be requested within this dialogue.

2.6 Print last disbursementA duplicate of the most recently printed disbursement slip can be requested within this dialogue.

2.7 Printer testThe "Printer test" dialogue allows to check upon the functionality of the used printer by printing a test ticket.

2.8 Video stream plannerThe video stream planner allows to select live video content, generate a video streaming calendar and the determination ofconnected TVs which shall display live video content.

In order to benefit from the live video streaming feature, video streaming packages must be purchased and activated. Pleasecontact your CBCX account manager to find out more about live video streaming and how to use it.

2.9 TV settingsAll connected and configurated TVs are displayed within this dialogue. For each activated TV it is possible to determinevarying content.

3 POS particularity - SettingsFor the POS version of XLive, the "Settings" button is placed directly within the main dialogue of XLive. Each POS user withassigned rights can open the "Settings" dialogue by tapping it.

The available settings do not vary from the Terminal version (see 2. "Terminal administration")
