Began his career as a broadcaster in 1985, working weekends for KCBI-FM Dallas. That experience allowed Kevin topay his way through college at Moody Bible Institute, while pursuing a degree with the double emphasis on theology and journalism. McCullough then worked for Moody Broadcasting’s Chicago flagship station in the number three market for the next decade.

September 10, 2001 McCullough was awarded his own talk show at Salem Radio’s WYLL-AM 1160 in Chicago. The following day McCullough spent close to 15 hours on-air taking calls and listening to the impact of the terror attacks of everyday listeners. This experience cemented forever in McCullough the bond of radio to listeners.

On September 1, 2003 McCullough was promoted from Chicago to the number one market - New York by Salem Communications. And for almost five years helped lead his show and the New York cluster of stations to revenue success.

In January of 2008 McCullough founded the media company he now directs with his partner Stephen Baldwin, XtreMEDIA. A content creation company that specializes in media of all forms, production, marketing, distribution, and strategic networks.

On July 15th of 2008 Baldwin/McCullough *LIVE* launched on four radio stations. In sixty days they had added nearly 95 affiliates, and were over 100 stations in a near all time record. Today their live broadcast serves right around 300 broadcast radio stations nationally. With numbers of networks and stations still making plans to add the live weekend show to their regular line-up.

On January 2nd of 2010 McCullough returned to the air-waves with his own syndicated daily feature The Kevin McCullough Show, servicing more than 300 cities on over 200 radio stations. McCullough is also an author, and Fox News Contributor.

Both Baldwin/McCullough *LIVE* & The Kevin McCullough Show have been honored by Talkers Magazine in 2010 and 2011 as one of the top 50 multi-casters in the nation, and among the top 250 talk radio shows in the country.

In 1995 he landed a breakthrough role in The Usual Suspects. Baldwin's next role was in Bio-Dome, in 1996. In 2000, he played a buff Barney Rubble in The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.

From January–March 2008, Baldwin appeared on Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice, Season 7, on NBC. Baldwin finished fifth out of the 14 celebrity contestants. Baldwin and Trace Adkins became friends while competing on Celebrity Apprentice. In October 2008, Baldwin appeared in Adkins' music video, "Muddy Water".

On October 18, 2008, Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin joked with lifelong Democrat Alec Baldwin during a Saturday Night Live skit that Stephen is her "favorite Baldwin brother".

He was a contestant on the 2009 NBC reality show, I'm a Celebrity…Get Me out of Here!. Baldwin quit the show mid-season. On the second episode, Baldwin baptised The Hills actor Spencer Pratt.

In September 2006, Baldwin released his book titled The Unusual Suspect, which details highlights from his personal life, career, days of drug abuse, and ultimately, his turn to becoming a born-again Christian after the 9/11 attacks.

In 2008, Baldwin teamed up with conservative talk-radio host Kevin McCullough to put together a Saturday radio show called Baldwin/McCullough Radio. As of April 18, 2009, the show aired on more than 213 stations and in more than 400 cities across the US, and worldwide on Sirius 161 and XM 227. In 2010 the radio broadcast became a television simulcast, with FamilyNet Television offering to take the show to over 600 cable outlets and available in over 26.7 million homes. Baldwin appears weekly on the show from the broadcast studios in New York City, as well as from various locations around the US when he is traveling for other business purposes.

DESCRIPTION:Recognizing the knowledge, strategic networks, and estimable people/skills/creative resources at the disposal of XtreMEDIA, and recognizing the desire of people we meet to maximize their business model and to reach customers seeking content that is compatible faith/values based, radio, music, films, television, books, periodicals, games and activities, and to address the specific desires of becoming a household name in family entertainment, all channels faith based distribution, and new media to all who seek it. We propose a variety partnerships able to be customized between XtreMEDIA and the limited partners we take on in a given season:

DEVELOPMENT:XtreMEDIA has capacity and bandwidth to fully service the marketing, production, and promotion of any good, service, or event you need. But we also have channels, networks, and leveraged relationships that give us total reach of more than 100,000,000 people that can be reached, touched, motivated, and moved to help accomplish your end goal. These channels, networks, and relationships span media, entertainment, clergy, para-church, news, political, and lifestyle decision makers and gatekeepers. There is literally no one we can’t, and won’t speak with, get in front of, or spend time with to help your end goals be achieved. This, built primarily on the reputations of Kevin McCullough and Stephen Baldwin is perhaps the single most important key to reaching faith-based consumers in the world today.

AT-WILL/NON-COMPETE:All partnership agreements will be mutually considered “at will” and can be exited by either party for any reasons necessary. We would ask that partners agree to not enter into any competitive agreements with competitors of XtreMEDIA for a period of a minimum of six months from end of partnership with XtreMEDIA.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES:Any conflicts arising from any partnership agreed to and or term shall be attempted by both parties to be resolved by the parties involved with full faith. In the event that a conflict can not be resolved in this fashion both parties of the agreement would agree upon signature to enter into a process of “Christian Resolution” (similar to arbitration) and will forego any resolution that would seek to involve lawsuits through judicial procedures except to enforce the mutual resolution process/ determinations.

NON-DISCLOSURE:Prospective Partners agree to not disclose the terms of any agreements, conversations, and proprietary information to any outside persons. Violation of this term will terminate automatically any agreement upon discovery. This will also extend to any and all proprietary information learned, researched, discovered, or disclosed through duration of the partnership.

ADDENDUM: **Development of Distribution/Marketing/Promotional Channel Pipeline appears as follows:Initially, every partnership will have a focused pre-marketing campaign to regions, sectors, and networks that XtreMEDIA has explicit knowledge, relationship, and expertise in reaching. Our distribution and marketing sector has already established a relationship for faith-based goods, services, entertainment, and events for pre-marketing to the following:
