FORM Studios retreats encompasses luxury health and fitness excursions set in the most tranquil settings around the world. Created by FORM founders Elissa and Jerry, FORM retreats are tailor made to allow you to leave the daily stresses of home life behind and escape to a world of wellbeing, leaving you feeling rested and restored. This year, we will be hosting not one but two retreats in May!

FORM Studios has partnered with F Zeen Retreat Hotel to bring you the perfect wellness getaway. Set on the idyllic Greek island of Kefalonia, F Zeenis a boutique adults-only hotel, encompassing panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, set in breathtaking surroundings, alongside the warmth and friendliness of the local culture.

• 2 workouts a day, including HIIT, boxing, and Pilates delivered by Elissa and Jerry

A Typical Day

Elissa and Jerry appreciate that this is your holiday. They will be there as much or as little as you need them to be. They are on hand to provide support and guidance throughout your wellness retreat.

Out of this world. From the moment Jerry and Elissa showed their faces, I knew the retreat would surpass my expectations. The setting was just perfect - food phenomenally fresh and the training on par with the usual hard core Form sessions. Every ligament of my body was stretched, twisted and hopefully

honed! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I very much enjoyed the family environment with views that took my breath away. For sure will recommend and without

• Please note there is a £500 deposit to secure your place. The

remaining balance must be settled 2 months before the beginning of

the retreat (1st March for Retreat 1 and 12th March for Retreat 2).

• For this retreat, we suggest you book a direct flight to Kefalonia with

either British Airways or EasyJet.
