Module SevenYou understanding as to the role of the healer and the shaman in facilitating a therapeutic healing outcome in the 21st century.

If one hears the call to the role of Healer or Shaman in the 21st century, not only must she/he learn the craft of Healing, which traditionally was something handed down through the generations, but she/he has to now take care of her body and energy field, which has 21st century issues affecting it.

We live in a stressful society, it’s fast paced, we have technology bombarding our energy system, and society has values where we have to stuff our emotions and box on and have a stiff upper lip. Performance is expected at all cost.

People are now looking to Healers and Shamans to help deal with this stress. To make the transition from the Piscean Patriarchal Age to the Aquarian Age where the feminine energy is coming to the fore.

But who heals the Healer?

In days gone by the Healer was often the central part of a village or tribe, performing a number of various roles, and an essential part of society, but in western civilisation with the persecution of healers during the centuries of witch trials, healers now have their own set of issues around putting themselves out there into society as a Healer or Shaman, as the past life and ancestral fear is triggered in their cells.

So a Healer or Shaman might hear the call, but there may also inside of them be an equal call to stay safe, be invisible, for fear of persecution, prosecution and execution.

In parts of the world this is still a real fear. Even in the UK there is a law that states that you can’t use an object like a crystal ball or tarot cards for divination.

And it’s a very real fear in most of the world about being a healer and making sure you most definitely don’t state that you can cure people. I know a few people who have been threatened with prosecution.

Not to mention the ongoing push to stop the sale of vitamins in parts of the world.

But there are more healers on the planet I think now than ever before. And it will be because we need it, we need that much light to move us from the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age, and we need the old knowledge to come to the fore on how we can do this.

The First Light® essences have stepped forward to assist the Healer and Shamans in their role to help the world make this transition and ascend in vibration.

If one has heard the call to the role of Healer or Shaman, invariably it is not a path where one heals only others. It’s usually a call to heal oneself and in doing so ignites the passion to share one’s abilities. Some might call this the wounded healer but I think this is how the path is illuminated for the Healer and Shaman, it is only through walking our own path of Healing that we can have compassion for others wanting to be healed.

Society has turned away and looked to the church in the past to deal with issues Shaman’s used to deal with, like entities and ghosts etc , and is now reclaiming this natural ability to deal with other worldly matters.

It was prophesised that a new race of people would emerge for the 21st century. These people are warrior people and are the healer-shamans, who are here to assist civilisation with its complex issues for the next 2000 years. The atua Tane has created special teacher plants an octave higher to assist with the warriors’ healing requirements.

Module EightYour understanding as to how native healers and shamanic essences No’s 85-120 work to facilitate a therapeutic healing outcome.

The Healer-Shaman essences are teacher plants or whakahirahira, and are of a high order and contain great *spirit power* and are considered the warrior plants (Kairakau) of the plant kingdom.

The 12 Healer essences are here to assist us with the metaphysical and spiritual challenges on the healer’s path. They help the healer towards a soul based life and reduce the impact of the personality on this journey of service.

The 24 Shamanic essences are the ancient wise warriors of the plant kingdom and are here to assist humanity with complex issues of the soul, such as soul retrieval, negative impactation on the soul and the land etc.

The issues of the Aquarian Age are of a higher frequency and the ancient ways of healing need to be called upon to assist. In days of old the Shaman would have to ingest the plant, but this is no longer needed, today we can call on the First Light® Healer or Shamanic essences to assist us. By ingesting the essences in a ceremonial intentional way, we are one with the spirit of the teacher plant and all it has to teach us on this more subtle level.

The two co-rulers of the Aquarian age are Saturn and Uranus. Saturn represents nature, earth, tradition, ancient methods and structure. Uranus represents high mind, vibration, and new ways of doing things.

Melding these two we can see that the ancient ways come together with new methodologies and frequencies both ancient and timeless.

The teacher plants are ancient wise beings having been here for much longer than we have and their intelligence and power are perfect to assist humanity in the Aquarian Age.

Healers and Shamans need to care for their energy system, and it is essential they have extreme self-care and maintain their energetic integrity when dealing with clients. Not taking on board the energies from their clients, and protecting their energetic boundaries.

Module NineGive an explanation of each of the two distinct essence families and the areas they work in, including the healing chords of each.

There are two families that make up essences No 85-120. These are Healers and Shamanic Essences. These essences contain 3 notes in a healing chord, helping to assist and meet the demands of the Aquarian Age, which is of a higher vibration than the preceding Piscean Age.

1. The Healer Essences No 85-96 The 12 healer essences work to assist the healer on the path of service and all the issues it entails in 21st century living.

Note A – Therapeutic Application of Essences No’s 85-96

The 12 Healer essences are here to assist at an everyday level as a daily maintenance for a Healer. A Healer’s energy system is of the utmost importance to be kept pristine, so they don’t pick up energy from their clients. Disharmonious soul states can also be addressed with these essences on the healer journey so that the Healers self-care comes first so they don’t burn out. Putting oneself first is paramount on this path. They are excellent for addressing a tired Soul.

The essences address the question – “Who heals the healer?”

Note B – Teacher Plant Wisdom of Essences No’s 85-96

There is teacher plant wisdom associated with the Healer Essences. This is ancient wisdom that can assist us regards the journey of the Healer. These essences are much more than drops to clear or transform energy, there is wisdom to be imparted to us on the life path of the Healer.

For example, No 88 Wheki is about self-care which is a biggy for Healers, it helps to teach the healer how to care for oneself and energy system on the path of the Healer.

Note C – Sacred Rites of Passage of the Healer No’s 85-96

There are 12 sacred rites of passage for the Healer essences that a healer is expected to go through on the Healer’s path. For example, No 91 Triangular Fern is an initiation into the rite of passage around the triangle of power that is the foundational principle in healing.

2. The Shamanic Essences No 97-120 The 24 Shamanic essences work to assist the Shaman with 21st century issues. Shamans have always worked with nature as a teacher.

The 24 Shamanic essences are of a high order and help with Shamanic issues on a daily basis. In days gone by the process a Shaman went through journeying into the other worlds was a lengthy and perhaps a tiring process. The Shamanic essences have stepped forward to assist with the same soul issues in a 21st century fashion, a lot less time consuming and taxing on the body.

Issues like metaphysical contamination, disharmonious soul states, time and space issues, energy clutter in rooms and with the land.

Note B – Teacher Plant Wisdom of Essences No’s 97-120

The ancient wisdom of teacher plants in the Shamanic essences is imparted when taking the essences, in order to help on the Shamans journey in healing Soul issues. They are more than just therapeutic drops, but also teach and introduce new information that may not have come to light before. For example, No 106 Kawaka; The River of Time will teach what may be needed to be known about time and space to assist with 21st century living.

There are 25 sacred rites of passage, or initiations, a Shaman is expected to go through on the Shaman’s journey. For example, No 98 Native Daphne: Reading

Module TenExplain your understanding as to why First Light® healers and shamanic essences are the fundamental healing modality for healers and practitioners in the 21st century.

July 1999 marked the dawn of the Aquarian Age according to Maori elders and a transition out of the Piscean Age.

We have been in the Piscean Age for the last 2000 years, and it was a much lower vibration than the Aquarian Age.

The Aquarian Age (aqua – Latin for water) is governed by Uranus and Saturn. Saturn rules Earth based wisdom and teachings, and Uranus rules new forms of

vibrational medicine. It carries with it the energy of co-operation with nature and personal responsibility.

The symbol for the Aquarian Age is two wavy lines one on top of the other, symbolising above and below, inner and outer, the divine and human.

In the Maori language the word for “spirit” is Wairua. Wai meaning waters and rua meaning two. Dr Rose Pere, the Official Spiritual Patron and Guardian in Perpetuity of the First Light Flower® essences, explains that one of the two waters is waiora which is pure divine energy, the divine spark; the other is waituhi which is water that records everything we do, positive and negative (like the Akashic Records).

The waters must flow in harmony within a person for health to happen.

Another water reference is the Maori phrase – nga wai whakaora, which means sacred healing waters. This refers to the First Light® flower essences and their ability to restore us to alignment with our original blueprint. Our bodies are approx. 80% water and sacred healing waters will harmonise us nicely in this Aquarian Age.

The Aquarian Age is the age of the divine mother, in numerology the number for Love is 8, and 8 is also the number associated with the Goddess; the Divine Mother. Te Wheke is the Maori word for Octopus, having 8 tentacles and 3 hearts. Te Wheke is also the symbol for the Divine Mother.

As we move into this new age of changing times; with technology, stress, extreme weather patterns, its fast paced life, we need to reconcile the higher vibratory rates of the Aquarian Age in ways that we may not have needed to do in the Piscean Age. We need to find new ways of doing things. We can look to Nature and her cyclical rhythms that have been a constant for billions of years.

Maori elders have known about this new age. Ancient teachings and traditions are now no longer exclusively being held by any one cultural group, this wisdom

is for all to experience and benefit from. One of these teachings is about the power of plants to heal mankind.

New Zealand’s flora and fauna is unique, when the land broke away from Gondwanaland 120 million years ago, the land remained untouched for 100 million years, and the isolation contributed to the high vibratory rate and its ability to heal. Some species of trees have an unbroken ancestry for around 190 million years.

Dr Bach in the early 1900s knew about the power of plants to heal, and created his Bach flower essences to address Piscean age issues. We may still have the same issues but the vibratory rate is different now and The First Light® flower essences are ideal to address the change in frequencies.

In the Piscean age essences were created with a single healing note. In the Aquarian age essences have been created that have a vibration of a healing chord, which comprises of 3 healing notes. One to address everyday situations, one to address the soul’s journey and one to address universal healing energies and archangelic powers.

The Healer and Shamanic essences are addressing age old issues for the Healer-Shaman in a 21st century way. No longer is a Shaman-Healer needed to leave their body through trance or ritualistic dance or ingesting a potion. Modern times call for modern measures and the Teacher plants have stepped forth with this wisdom in a way that meets the lifestyle needs of the modern Healer-Shaman.

Now more than ever there are a lot of Healers on the planet as there is a lot of healing needed. Everyone can have access to these teachings, not just one person in the tribe/village as in days of old. Everyone can have their own bottle of wisdom and teachings at their fingertips.

Module ElevenEITHER: Describe situation where you have used a healers or shamanic essence to facilitatea specific healing outcome for yourself for in your practice.OR: Describe your ideas on what new techniques and applications you see as a possibility for New Zealand native healers or shamanic essences

I’m not sure if this is a new technique, it’s probably more what I want to see happen, and what I think needs to happen.

Living in Christchurch with the earthquakes, I feel that unless people have done any healing work on themselves about the earthquakes, eventually it’s going to manifest in people’s bodies. How can it not, it’s an energetic trauma, even if people had support.

The earthquakes bring up your unhealed issues as well, the old energy from the earth travels up the body and releases old energy from the body, which can be a good thing, but the earthquakes are also a trauma in themselves.

I was diagnosed with a health issue, high blood pressure, in January 2012. In seeing doctors and specialists I asked if the earthquakes would have had anything to do with it, and was told No. That it was genetic. A rise in cortisol levels most definitely does affect blood pressure and frozen trauma trapped in the organs will also cause it as well.

The denial was rampant in the medical establishment about the impact of the quakes. I felt that I couldn’t trust anyone who had been through the quakes to give me solid advice because they had their own trauma around them as well. They could not go to a place in healing it if they hadn’t healed it in themselves.

I was staggered at the amount of stress related issues I heard about that people felt just happened to them, and trauma from the earthquakes wasn’t factored in.

Clearly you can’t cry on the battlefield, and people get on with their lives, but there’s reminders every day of the destruction, just by looking at the streets. If there’s anything unhealed then it will be triggered. I’m sure half the city is still medicated on anti-anxiety medication.

Something I feel that may be overlooked in healing from the quakes is the people in Christchurch’s connection to the Earth. Mother Earth. I know for myself that I didn’t trust the Earth, and so I was unconsciously withdrawing the energy from my feet, having issues with walking and also pain in my psoas muscle which is the muscle that responds to fight, flight, freeze.

I also feel too that the Earth organs in Chinese Medicine will be affected by the disconnection with the Earth. These are the Spleen and the Stomach. The spleen is the shock absorber in the body and the stomach is about being able to digest an experience and also receive nourishment.

Not to mention eye and ear problems, as they are the senses that saw and heard the devastation.

Our feelings about the Earth affect us.

For sensitive people, healers, empaths, they not only need to heal the trauma, but also deal with taking on the pain of the city. I had to do a lot of work on myself the weeks after the February 22nd earthquake because with all the buildings down, I felt there were lost spirits still in the city, perhaps having been attached to a building. Not to mention the people who had died, and all the pain and fear in the city.

I think another thing I would like to see too is the healing of the land. I know Mother Nature can heal herself and doesn’t need me to do it for her, but I feel as if there is a lot of projections from people onto the land of fear and distrust and disconnection.

I think the collective consciousness about a place is in turn carried by that place.

I would really like to see the Healer and Shamanic Essences used by as many people in Christchurch as possible so that the trauma from the past can be healed.

The earthquake on Valentine’s Day 2016 which was at 1.13pm, was eerily close to the actual time of the February 22nd earthquake, and who knows what the collective consciousness’s impact on the city has been in the lead up to the 5-year anniversary.
