Backend Store all relevant data (personal data, addresses, banking accounts; insurance
periods and amounts, other relevant times, e.g. unemployment and sickness, all pension data)
Stored in Data Files and electronic Archives All internal Data Processing Routines; all Data exchange incoming and
outgoing, mostly in batch in the nights Automatic processes like time based routines, reminders, follow-ups Large scale Printings and archiving Realizing the Authorization Concept
