    Air Conditioning/Heater Turn the thermostat off when

    you are not at home. Use a fan instead of the air

    conditioner on cooler days andevenings.

    Be sure to keep all windowsclosed and close your blinds.

I am in the Student Affairsprogram here at UCLA pursuing a Masters inEducation. I am delighted to be serving asWeyburn Terrace's first-ever Community

    Want to grill? Hours:

    Friday - Saturday: 8 am -12 am Sunday Thursday: 9 am 10 pm

    Please remember the guidelines:

    Only turn on the grills using the knobs(please do not touch the main gas line or usecharcoal)

    Clean the grills before and after you use it. Abrush is provided below the grill. Wipe down the counters and throw away all

    trash. Please do not leave trash in the area. There is a light inside the BBQ for evening

    use. Please turn off when done using thegrills (the switch is by the knobs).

    Please respect neighbors which liveadjacent to the BBQs by keeping noise at areasonable level.

    UAN & WHRA are creating an onlinereservation system. Reservations will takeprecedence over first come first serve. Inthe meantime all groups of 8 or more must notify the Rental Office or Emergency linefor fire marshal compliance .

    There are rules for using the Laundry Rooms?

    Here are some of the most important ones:

    1. Use of the laundry room is 8 am to 12 pm.Please remember quiet hours and respect thenoise level for those who live near thelaundry rooms.

    2. Do not leave clothing in more than the timeallowed. Be courteous to others that need touse the machines.

    3. You must clean filter before and after usingthe dryer and dispose of the lint in the trash.

    4. Do not leave clothing around or on the tables.5. You can only use your BruinCard to py for use

    of the machines.

    Contact your courts Apartment Coordinator ( AC ). The ACs job is to respond to all after-

    hours emergency calls , as well as act asliaisons between tenants of all University Apartments North, the rental office, and maintenance. In addition to providing

    appliances such as the vacuum and light bulbs, they are available to answer general

    questions about housing and UCLAbetween 10 AM and 10 PM .

    They are students working for students.
