6. WORKING SEQUENCE 6.1 Equipment/ Acessories Check 1. Prior to request the equipment checks all by material control or on be half, that equipment its match with drawing references. 2. General condition of equipment (check for any defect such as dent, rust scratches, etc) 3. Ensure size and dimension its match for assembly. 4. Orientation marking on the equipment parts (where applicable) 5. Centre of gravity marking on the equipment parts (where applicable) 6. Dimension and slinging points (check for any defects, rust) 7. Should any to check prove unsatisfactory, report shall be made (with photo) and submitted to MHI for further instruction. 6.2 Assembly Method 1. Ensure the equipment put in position place flat, if not required to adjusted in advance and additional support (if) need. Using crane 80T with sling and chain block adjustable. 6. WORKING SEQUENCE

6.1 Equipment/ Acessories Check

6.2 Assembly Method

1. Ensure the equipment put in position place flat, if not required to adjusted in advance and additional support (if) need. Using crane 80T with sling and chain block adjustable.

2. Where do the assembly required to have good bearing capacity.

3. Measuring bottom internal structure equipment to the ground for reference build temporary support before assembly.

4. Build temporary support as per actual condition. Ensure that support capable to withstand the load of equipment.

5. Liting equipment using crane with one sling and one adjustable chain block.

6. Remove existing support (MK-533.01) in condition crane hanging, and load of equipment will detained by crane.

7. The following is conditions after the support removed.

8. Insert temporary support which was made before with distance adjustable at site. Make sure the equipment can be held with new support before removing the sling.

9. After equipment on the position safe, go to second equipment. Lifting with crane 45T using one sling and one chain block adjustable.

11. Insert breeching to TGP coil support, make sure all part its match and welding immediately between coil support to TGP coil. Ensure all in condition safe before sling release.
