The Tulsa Regional Chamber connects local employers to services and programs to grow, retain and attract skilled and professional workers. There are several programs assisting companies with growing their workforce, including Oklahoma’s Quality Jobs Program (QJP) and Training for Industry Program (TIP). The Tulsa region’s workforce partners collaborate to provide assistance with pre-screening candidates, talent acquisition and more.

ChooseTulsaJobs.com – is a website developed to introduce Tulsa’s live, work, play quality of life to out-of-area skilled and professional workers. The home page includes a cost of living calculator, listing of locally-headquartered companies public & private, housing, shopping, relocation assistance and more.

Tulsa World – is a strategic partner with ChooseTulsaJobs.com and their online and classified jobs section pulls through to our jobs sections.

InternInTulsa.com – is a free site for employers to post internship opportunities. The program also includes intern series event hosted by TYPros College & University Crew.

TYPros.org – Tulsa’s Young Professionals organization is a great way to get connected with young professionals in the region. TYPros has Facebook fan pages and LinkedIn groups.

Bullhornreach.com – This is a no cost service for assisting with broadcasting a job posting online.

Oklahoma Job Link – This online posting service is offered through Workforce Oklahoma/Oklahoma Employment Security Commission. The service also has a searchable database of available workers.

Career Services – Local higher education and training institutions public and private offer free job postings for internships and full-time employment opportunities. Please contact the Chamber for a quick reference guide of contacts.

Craigslist – is a no cost online classifieds with an employment section for posting jobs by category.

FinishForGreaterTulsa.com – provides information for anyone in our region interested in going back to school. The site includes direct connections to fast-track programs with our higher education partners, tools and resources for individuals and employers.

MosaicTulsa.com – the Chamber’s diversity business council offers resources and services to companies and organizations working toward creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. Mosaic provides connections to diversity recruiting contacts, networks and consultants. Layoff & Closing Assistance – Resources and services can be proviced through our workforce collaborative to connect displaced workers to employment services and opportunities. Area employers can also receive customized services geared to their specific workforce needs.

Military/Veteran Assistance – The Chamber can provide a listing of resources for veterans and employers interested in connecting to employment opportunities.
