The Tulsa Regional Chamber connects local employers to services and programs to grow, retain and attract skilled and professional workers. There are several programs assisting companies with growing their workforce, including Oklahoma’s Quality Jobs Program (QJP) and Training for Industry Program (TIP). The Tulsa region’s workforce partners collaborate to provide assistance with pre- screening candidates, talent acquisition and more. Grow, Retain and Attract. WORKFORCE SERVICES Helpful Links and Recruiting Resources ChooseTulsaJobs.com – is a website developed to introduce Tulsa’s live, work, play quality of life to out-of-area skilled and professional workers. The home page includes a cost of living calculator, listing of locally-headquartered companies public & private, housing, shopping, relocation assistance and more. Tulsa World – is a strategic partner with ChooseTulsaJobs.com and their online and classified jobs section pulls through to our jobs sections. InternInTulsa.com – is a free site for employers to post internship opportunities. The program also includes intern series event hosted by TYPros College & University Crew. TYPros.org – Tulsa’s Young Professionals organization is a great way to get connected with young professionals in the region. TYPros has Facebook fan pages and LinkedIn groups. Bullhornreach.com – This is a no cost service for assisting with broadcasting a job posting online. Workforce Tulsa – connects employers to veterans, dislocated workers and other job seekers through employer services, training and development for the under- employed and unemployed.
