This Addendum forms part of the Construction Documents dated 4/30/15 and modifies them as follows: GENERAL:
1. None. SPECIFICATIONS:
2. 081433 1.7 A 2 Exterior Stile and Rail doors are to be warranted for one (1) year.
3. 081433 2.3 B Exterior stile and rail wood doors are to be fir species.
4. 085313 Patio doors (111a and 111b) are to be fiberglass doors. Basis of design product is Jeld-Wen Aurora A5001 with exterior finish to match windows and interior finish to be douglas fir. Provide glazing per specification and ADA thresholds.
5. 087100 Doors 118b and 119b have been deleted.
6. 087100 D-132 is a HM framed door, 90 min rated. The door is 3’-0”x3’-0” and is located in the crawl space.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Note: All Substitutions are to meet or exceed Project Specifications with respect to finish, design style, construction, etc.

8. A1.1-Site Plan See Add 3.1 for location of propane tank and concrete pad. Add note #32 to site plan that reads: PROVIDE 6'x3' CONCRETE PAD FOR BACK-UP GENERATOR PROPANE TANK. LOCATE PER CODE AND COORDINATE WITH AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION.
9. A2.3 Schedules Door Schedules: D-126 is a wood framed door.
10. A2.3 Schedules Door Schedules: D-132 is located in the crawl space, and is 3’-0”x3’-0” with a hollow metal frame. This is a 90 min rated door. Provide hardware per schedules.
11. A2.3 Schedules Door Schedule: Door type 3 is to be a fiberglass door per specifications. See note above.
12. A2.3 Schedules Window Types: Window types E and F are hollow metal divided light frames. The divided lights are not shown to scale graphically. Please provide hollow metal frame with welded hollow metal divided lights.
