We would like to invite you to be one of our Vendors for our 2021 State Federation Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas Convention. Come join us for a spectacular event! We would love to have you be apart of our convention.Water will be available at all times, but it is against Granbury’s Conference Center policy to bring in daily snacks. The State Federation will be hosting a hospitality suite for you each day. Booth details and information will be provided at time of check in at registration. There will be ample free parking to accommodate all trailers and motor homes. The hotel is conveniently located in Granbury, Texas. There are a several companies that do transfers from DFW/Love Field to Granbury. There are also car services. Prices vary so please do your research. The entire Hilton Garden Inn hotel is newly renovated. The Granbury Conference Center is beautiful and spacious with convenient one level loading and unloading. The conference center is fully locked each night after events.

SFPAC has arranged for all inclusive meals and events. If you would like to attend, please ill out the attached Registration Form and attach payment. You may include this cost along with your booth fee, with one check or two. We look forward to having you at our 2021 Texas Convention in Granbury, Texas.

Vendor booths will be held in the Granbury Conference Center at 621 E Pearl St, Granbury, TX 76048Legal Disclaimer:THE APPLICANT (Vendor) HEREBY AGREES THAT The State Federation of Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas, Granbury Conference Center, Of icers, Committee Chairs, Employees or any involved personnel:1. Shall be held harmless from all claims, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees, and expenses of whatever kind or nature, which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant (Vendor) or any of its of icers, agents, employees, representatives, or assignees, including, but not limited to claims or damag-es or loss of property, loss, harm, injury or death to the person or any of the applicants or any of its of icers, agents, employees, representatives, or assignees. 2. Shall not assume any liability for claims from loss of property prior, during, or after the show, due to an act of God, theft, ine, or any reason beyond the control of the above agents. 3. Shall assume no responsibility for any business transactions between vendors, and their customers. 4. Shall in no way be held liable for loss of income or expenses in the event that due to reasons beyond their control that the show is canceled. Should such a cancellation occur, The State Federation of Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas will refund to the vendor, the amount of rental paid, The State Federation of Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas shall have no further obligation or liability to the vendor.5. The arrangement of the booths in the Convention area shall be at the sole discretion of the Convention Board and their location will be made to maximize use of the available show space. 6. No sub-leasing, reassignment, or sharing of booth space will be permitted or allowed. 7. The State Federation of Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any vendor, only items deemed appropriate by The State Federation of Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas Board may be sold or displayed. 8. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly exhibit area. Aisle spaces shall remain free of any obstructions. The aisles must be open at all times to meet ire and safety codes. 9. Only vendors will be allowed in the Booth Area area during setup times. It is expected that vendors shall properly staff their booths during the show hours. Booth designs must be such as not to obstruct the view or interfere with the exhibits of others. 10. Vendors shall be permitted to enter the show area during the setup hours as speci ied in the vendor section of this document and shall not be permitted to remain in the showroom area after the showroom closing each day. 11. No exhibitor may dismantle their display prior to the closing time of the show. 12. Texas State Sales Tax must be collected on items sold unless the purchaser can show evidence of an autho-rized resale number. Exhibitors are responsible for all tax. 13. The State Federation of Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas President and/or Vendor Chairman shall rule upon all matters or issues not covered herein.14. All Vendor Booths must be vacated by 5 pm on Thursday, April 15th, 2021. All Vendor Items, Boxes,Trash, and Debris must be removed and the area must be left clean.
