PM synchronical generator + full power converterGeoho Energy 2MW high speed permanent magnet wind turbine with high power and high speed permanent magnet generator, has higher power efficiency in low wind, and produces 5% more power than Double-fed did. The property of maintenance-free will definitely decrease the maintenance workload in the future. 2MW Wind turbine internal structure
Geoho Energy 2MW wind turbine (GHFD87-2000/II, GHFD93-2000/III, GHFD100-2000/III, GHFD112-2000/III, GHFD125-2000/III) adopts a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous generator and a full power converter technology. The turbine is certificated and supported by Intertek during design and manufacturing. It is in the form of three blades, horizontal axis and upwind. Wind turbine converts energy from wind into mechanical energy, and then the mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy through gear box and permanent magnet synchronous generator coaxially connected. With the help of the four quadrants full power converter, the electrical power with high quality is fed into grid. In order to adapt to the local environment in China, the turbine is specified in the design of sand and low temperature protection. At present, Geoho energy 2 MW wind turbine has been installed 300MW capacity in places such as Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Ningxia,and has a reliable operation for many years.

Geoho Energy 850kW variable speed constant frequency wind turbine has the same technology platform with the mainstream MW wind turbines. It is in the form of three blades,horizontal axis and upwind type. The power train consists of rotor, main shaft, gear-box and synchronous generator. The wind turbine adopts Variable Speed Constant Frequency (independent electrical pitching) control system,and it has a better performance in the aspect of low voltage fault ride through compared with the doubly fed wind turbine. Power converter adopts full power inverter technology, the synchronous generator is brushless and maintenance free. This wind turbine is efficient, credible and with high performance. So far more than 130 units are installed in Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Zhejiang and operate reliably. It is approved by several developers for its high quality and benefit.
