The WIN Fashion w/ Passion event is an opportunity to make a difference. It is an event that celebrates women and fashion, and brings people together who are passionate about supporting WIN’s empowerment programs in the

This year, WIN (Victoria Women In Need) is launching the 100 Women

Campaign to raise funds to provide more programs for women that will support them along their journey towards self-sufficiency and wellness in an enduring and transformative way. 100% of net proceeds raised through Fashion w/ Passion go

directly towards the WIN 100 Women Campaign.

WIN is led by women who have a compelling vision for the future - a vision that sees all women in Victoria feeling safe, empowered, fulfilled and connected to

Event Innovation In partnership with ma-luxe & The Studio Collective

Now in its 5th year of successful fundraising, we are taking Fashion w/

Passion to a new level of refined glamour. Our goal is to inspire our community to create more opportunities for women in need and, with your support, we will make this year’s Fashion w/ Passion the event of the year!

ma-luxe studios inc. is a bridal, beauty and fashion company based in Victoria, BC, and widely recognized throughout Canada, the United States and

Europe. On September 14th, 2012, ma-luxe launched The Studio Collective – a monthly membership program designed to support creative female entrepreneurs in their quest to expand their businesses and accomplish their dreams.

Stemming from the great alignment of values shared by ma-luxe studios inc. and WIN, ma-luxe has joined the WIN Fashion w/Passion event to organize all creative aspects. This year, we will be showcasing the incredible talents of several

local businesses and setting a new standard of experience for our event guests in order to benefit a great cause!

In its first week, the WIN Fashion w/ Passion website has garnered a social media reach of over 11 thousand people and is averaging 200 visits a day. The ma-luxe team created and maintains the website to provide WIN sponsors with the opportunity for effective, prolonged exposure, not only through traditional media, but also through innovative, special media projects.

For our sponsors, the website will feature your business logo and website link, and will highlight vendor features and articles on exclusive sponsors. It catches the eye and keeps the attention with interesting video tutorials, beautiful images and fashion-inspired editorial pieces. We’re focused on creating buzz for Fashion w/ Passion from the ground up and on supporting our sponsors not only before the event, but during its execution as well!

Exclusive Sponsor - $5000

1. Brand Exclusivity - Your brand will benefit from being included among a small number of businesses

enjoying high-level exposure through various platforms, including video promotion before and after the event.

2. Website Feature - We will include a comprehensive promotional feature - including professional photos

and a written article - on the WIN Fashion w/ Passion website, which currently boasts an average view-rate of 200

people per day. We anticipate that this number will only grow as the event gets closer.

3. Right Of Use / Designation of Exclusive Sponsor - We will provide you with our event logo and a

custom-designed “Exclusive Sponsor” badge to place on your own website and social media platforms. We will

also provide you with pre-designed and pre-written social media updates to use at your convenience!

4. Logo Feature - Your logo will be featured on all promotional material including posters, website sidebars

and signage at the event. As well, your logo will be featured in a Times Colonist newspaper ad. (Subject to

printing deadlines).

8. Video Promotion - We have teamed up with the ladies at ma-luxe & The Studio Collective this year and

they will be handling all creative aspects of the fashion show. Your company will be featured on a big screen

during the event, and included in various “teaser” and “behind-the-scenes” videos to promote the event.

SILENT AUCTIONThink high-fashion, luxury and glamour!

Fashion w/ Passion is about embracing the beauty and power of women. We welcome the donation of silent auction items that cater to everyone’s personal tastes, whether it be high-fashion pieces, beauty indulgences, weekend escape packages, spa treatments or tasty culinary experiences.

This year, our silent auction will take place before and after the fashion show. Selected businesses will have the opportunity to see their donation in action on the runway or included in our promotional video!
