Boys Cross Country:

Congratulations to the Boy's Wildcat Cross Country Teams for their 2nd win a row at the SFA Cross Country Meet

defeated one of the best 5A schools out of Louisiana, Parkway High School.

Freshmen Luis Rangel. Next for varsity was Sophomore, Michael Guzman (11th place), JR Daniel Sanchez (12th

place), SOPH Cristian Guzman (16th place), FR Garrett Bowden (18th place), SR Francis Sis (25th place) and

JR Cristian Castillo (70th place).

and 3 touchdowns. He also threw for 98 yards and 1 touchdown. TJ Dever had 65 yards receiving and 1 touchdown,

teams play from sophomore Quintin Cook who returned not 1, but 2 punts for touchdowns. The Wildcats take on the

Jacksonville Indians at home this Friday, September 8th at 7:30pm.

Come on out and cheer on the boys as they play Jacksonville.

After getting a big win to open the season @ MABANK 22 to 8, the Freshmen Wildcats came out this past Thursday and fought to the last whistle

to be on top for an 8 to 6 win against the Jacksonville Indians. After a long game of battling, Eddie Barnes punched one in for a 10 yard touchdown

run, and then Cagen Clark converted the 2 point conversion with a pass to Dustin Cargill. The Wildcat defense, led by Elvin Calhoun,

Daelen Williams, and McCloud Thomas played a great defensive game to help seal the win. The Freshmen Wildcats will host the

Fairfield Eagles next Thursday, September 14th at 5:30 here at Wildcat Stadium.

Free/Reduced applications are online. Parents can access from home computer, their students

iPad, a computer at the campus, or a computer at the library.

www.palestineschools.org click on Departments, then click on Food Services,

Look for Meal App Now – Online Meal Applications link on right side of page.

Parents must fill out a new application EVERY YEAR. If you print out the application from the

PISD Website, it can take up to 10 working days for our office to process the app. If there are

errors on the app, we have to send it back to parent to correct. Online apps prevent mistakes

because the program won’t let the parent submit it if required information is missing. If we

receive it electronically, it takes just a few clicks and the app is processed.

Menus are accessed by clicking on the Nutrislice apple icon (bottom left of page) on the

Food Service page of PISD website or go to www.palestineschools.nutrislice.com.

Meal prices are the same as last year and located on the PISD website.

Each campus will be offering meals to teachers/para’s/admin beginning in September.

An email will be sent with menu options and instructions on how to place your order.

Lunch is only $3.25.
