Challenges Users not willing to adopt the HAMs fully Not all the staff are computer literates Resistant to change still prevailing Parts of the HAMS software are not working; this has to do with the
reporting aspect. Electricity supply (fluctuation) No internet connectivity in the facility hindering report submission. The wireless router is low in capacity making it very difficult to work
from other offices.
Ways of overcoming the challenges Persuading staff to adopt the system
Providing daily training and guidance to users
Allowing user to play music and games with the computers
Standby generator but low in capacity

EXPECTATION FOR 2013 Train more staff on the job
