The importance of pdhpe in primary education?
it teaches children to mature into healthy individuals, and gives them a benchmark for the needed knowledge and skills to have in life.
Provides children with all the needed knowledge to sustain a healthy lifestyle for the whole life
Encouraging exercise through classroom games
Encourage positive life principles through fun interactive teaching and learning (role play, games, creative arts etc)

Teaching PE in school environments
Teachers should follow the ‘Game Sense’ ideology of teaching

Future Teaching Practices
Encourage healthy eating in the classroom
Allowing students to bring in fresh fruit/vegetables to snack on in class
Encouraging students to bring a bottle of water to class
Always modelling good behaviour around children including food, exercise and general practices (hats, dress etc)
