What is it and why do we have to learn about it?

PDHPE is also known as Personal Development, Health and Physical Education.

PDHPE helps us to focus on a large range of subjects such as:

• road safety

• nutrition

• the effects of physical activity

• we learn about our families and other families

• you will learn a lot about yourself and changes that will take place for example, changes with your body

PDHPEWe are able to learn about a variety of sport, Including effective ways to communicate and teamwork. This is one of the main ways to

help build long lasting friendships.

What else?

PDHPE helps us to learn about safety. Road safety is very important and we will be learning about it this term.
