WHO ARE YOUR ENGAGED EMPLOYEES?
Every employee has the capacity to be engaged, but certain groups seem to have an easier time than others. Based on original research by the Human Capital
Institute and Achievers, find out who your most engaged employees are!
Slightly more men than women are engaged.
Engagement increases with career advancement, with CEOs being the
most engaged at 82%.
62% of employees over 50 are engaged—that’s more than any other age group.

Hourly employees are 17% less likely to be engaged than their salaried peers.
The bigger the team, the less engaged the manager. Managers with teams of less than six people are the most engaged at 63%.
Engaged employees stick around. Only half of employees in their first year are engaged, but after 15 years, 73% feel
passionate about what they do.
87% of engaged employees feel enthusiastic at work. Just 31% of disengaged employees feel the same.
