1. Introduction

Anatoly I. Papusha is a world-famous scientist,

Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Laureate

of the State Prize of the USSR.

In the 1980s the most powerful rocket engine in

the world was created for the Soviet Buran space

program. To test this rocket engine, as a member

of the group of scientists A.I. Papusha created the

world’s largest combustion chamber - carbon

monoxide afterburner (CO).

The created rocket engine in the exhaust gases of the jet stream contains

1,000 kg of carbon monoxide per second. For 180 seconds, it throws out the

amount of carbon monoxide that is equal to the emissions of all Moscow

vehicles during a day. To entirely burn carbon monoxide, for the first time A.I.

Papusha applied a new type of multi-stage transonic combustion (speed ~

1,000 m/s) with an extremely high additional input of water and oxygen. This

made it possible to achieve a thousand-fold reduction in the emission of carbon

monoxide from 1,000 down to 1 kg/sec.

For this development A.I.Papusha was awarded with the State Prize of the

USSR.

This technology has a wide range of applications. The main one is related to

processing oil residues and producing liquid fuel (diesel, kerosene, and

gasoline).

The main part of the project development is completed. A.I. Papusha

registered a patent for its use. Mass adoption of the technology that can

globally help the ecology of the planet requires support of the world

community.

2. Challenges of the Market and Our

Solution

Our common goal is to maintain and

improve the ecological situation all

over the world for us and our children.

All countries of the world that have

refineries (oil refineries) face the same

unsolvable problem – storage and utilization

of oil refinery residues. When processing modern high-gravity oil grades, the

share of residues reaches a high value, about 10-20%.

Is this much or little? In absolute terms, it goes about 10 million barrels of oil

per day or about 1 million 350 thousand tons.

Most refineries are now surrounded by storages and lakes that contain useless

black mass polluting the planet’s surface. Every year the amount of residues

continues growing.

The existing solutions on processing residues (thermal and chemical cracking)

are too expensive and at the same time have a low effect.

● High cost (tens of millions of dollars)

● Difficulty in operation and maintenance

There is a huge unrealized demand for new technologies that allow

considerably increase the depth of oil refining and the amount of oil production.

The technology of transonic combustion to eliminate super toxic residues

developed by A.I.Papusha is applied in oil refining: due to minor improvements,

the innovative unit can do something that was previously impossible – to

extract such demanded products as gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, and

synthetic oil, which is extremely valuable from practically unused oil

production residues.

Small-sized PRT-2 units allow the output of up to 60% of liquid fuel. There are

no analogues of PRT-2 in the world. Several large oil refineries are very

The selling price of the new and ready-to-operate PRT-2-30 unit is about USD

950,000, which is several times less than the cost of less efficient offers from

competitors. The payback period of the unitunder the most modest calculations

is 5-7 months, which is a record for the industry. PRT-2 units will be produced

in 3 types of capacity: 30, 60 and 90 tons of processing per day.

3. How Does it work?

1. Oil processing generates a lot of residues, which are of little use and are a

threat to the ecology of the entire planet. Oil refineries (refineries) pour

residues into special containers or in so-called “storage ponds”. Thus,

they greatly damage the environment and deprive themselves of potential

profit from their processing.

2. Small-sized PRT-2 processing unit uses the contents of such ponds as raw

materials. Oil residues are processed at high temperature (more than

1,0000 С) at transonic speeds (~1,000 m/sec) by adding special

impurities. Under such conditions, the processed substances undergo

radical physico-chemical changes, most of which turn into synthetic gas.

Further, the substance enters the cooling unit, where a useful product is

synthesized (kerosene, gasoline, oil, etc.). In this case harmless water

vapor and carbon dioxide are delineated into the atmosphere.

3. The valuable raw materials obtained in an environmentally friendly

manner are accumulated in special tanks that are ready for further

transportation and sale.

Due to small dimensions of PRT-2, it is possible to work in places where

residues are stored and to easily change the location. The autonomy makes

it possible to install the unit as quickly as possible.

Small-sized PRT-2 units will enable oil refining and oil

producing countries to enjoy the following advantages:

● Liquid products from practically unused raw materials,

● Improvement of the environment, and

● Highly efficient processing of oil residues.

4. Further Prospects of Using PRT

The use of residues from refining and brown coal is our primary task because it

is demanded by large private investors.

Nevertheless, the potential of the transonic combustion technology and PRT-2

units based on it is much more extensive and requires minimal modifications in

case of the adjusted production.

In the world there are many toxic residues that damage the environment and

due to the lack of processing technologies are merely stored. The Papusha

Rocket Technology can process these residues. This is the purpose it was

originally developed for. The huge surface of the Earth and groundwater can be

5. Brief Financial Details of the Project

Papusha Rocket ICO is based on three main components:

1. The patented transonic combustion technology (included in the list of

UNEP “Survey of Currently Available Non-Incineration PCB Destruction

Technologies” (First Issue, August 2000) under the author’s name

“Papusha Rocket Technology” (PRT)).

2. Conversion development based on of high-tech solutions used for

rocket and space and aviation equipment.

3. Own scientific and methodical developments in the rocket and space

and aviation areas. Design documentation executed by representatives of

the defense industry, experimental base and experience of industrial use

of transonic combustion for extreme terms and conditions of neutralizing

highly toxic substances.

At the start, we have PRT-1, a unique experimental-industrial unit that can

destroy especially hazardous residues (super-toxicants). Then we launch the

process of modernizing and improving the unit to create the unit on processing

oil residues – PRT-2. This process will be carried out in several stages.

Stage 1.

Modernization of the existing unit and release of an industrial and

ready-to-sell unit

This stage will take up to 10 months and include a number of subtasks:

● Completion of design and technological documentation and release of

working plans of the unit, drawings of special driven equipment

(high-viscosity hydrocarbons delivery system, block of by-products

evacuation, light hydrocarbon synthesis unit, process control and

monitoring systems);

● Manufacturing of special driven equipment, purchasing necessary

components for control and monitoring systems;

● Installation, commissioning of the experimental-industrial unit for

processing tars;

● Certification of equipment, development of technical specifications for

connecting the experimental-industrial unit to the networks of engineering

Stage 2.

Development of business in the area of transonic combustion

The today’s state and private programs are focused on the purchase and

exploitation of traditional incinerators. These units (in particular, Japanese)

have already reached their efficiency limit that is incomparably lower than our

solution based on transonic combustion.

Our goal is to develop a business in the area of transonic combustion and to

establish mass production of PRT-2 units with a different production capacity.

Now our team is working at and forming an offer on the creation of an

anti-smog program for the government and business community of China.

7. Roadmap

The project started in the 1980s. The technology was developed for the needs

of the Soviet space program. Hundreds of millions of dollars were spent to test

and create a complex to neutralize emissions of the Buran engine. However, in

the future, after the collapse of the USSR, funding was cut off, and the Buran

program was frozen.

Since then, A.I. Papusha managed to find a new use of his technology that is

highly demanded today. Our roadmap shows the main stages of the project

development.

2016

9. Use and Prospects of the PRT Token

To understand the value of the PRT token, as well as the prospects for its

growth, it is necessary to collect all necessary data.

The PRT-2 unit with the smallest power is taken is a basis:

● The cost price –USD 450,000,

● The sale price –USD 950,000, and

● Net profit from one PRT-2 unit – USD 500,000.

This unit recycles 30 tons of residues per day. Taking into account the required

maintenance, the unit works on average 250 days a year. The annual

processing of residues is 7,500 tons.

Every day refineries generate 1.35 million tons of residues worldwide or 500

million tons annually. Thus, as estimated,it is necessary to have about 70,000

PRT-2 units.

It is important to mention that it goes about recycling of new residues only,

which allows not to additionally pollute our planet. Processing of the

accumulated deposits and lakes requires the volume that is several times

higher than this.

In the calculations below, we take into account the fact that the market is

entirely free, because there is no analogous offer at all.

-Binding the PRT token to PRT-2 units-

The company has created a simple token binding that is understandable for

investors, with a continuous growth potential. For each PRT-2 unit sold, 15% of

the sales amount goes to the “liquidity fund”. The company undertakes to

transfer this amount from the liquidity fund for the purchase of tokens from the

market and burn them within the next 3 months (since the sale).

work, taking into account the net profit from every sold unit in the amount of

FAQ:

Do you send 15% of the profits to the liquidity fund?

No, we send to the fund 15% of the money (dollars, euros, etc.) from each unit

sold. This decision is taken exclusively in the interests of our investors. Since

the promise to redeem tokens from the future profits cannot be transparent.

Moreover, there physically cannot be any profit if the company expands

production. In this case, investors are sure that as soon as PRT-2 units are

sold, we immediately reserve 15% of this amount in the liquidity fund.

Why is it not possible to buy tokens from the market the next day after

selling the PRT-2 unit? What is the reason to prolong this process for 3

months?

The PRT token is intended for the investments made in the real business. We

do not welcome its increased volatility. For example, one day we can sell 5

units, and 150 ones on the other day. If to immediately enter the market with

such additional demand, it will sharply move the PRT token price up.

That is why money is accumulated in the liquidity fund, and tokens are

redeemed from the market at optimal times, with small volumes in order not to

move the price much. For example, one of the best moments is the day when

the entire cryptocurrency market falls. Consequently, we can try to buy some

of the tokens by limit orders rather than by the market.

How can I learn about the exact number of PRT-2 units sold?

These units are purchased by refineries all over the world. Every sale demands

to conclude a contract and to prepare a lot of documents. As soon as our

company receives money to its account, another sale is announced on our

website, and the money is added to the liquidity fund. The exact amount of the

latter like the number of the units sold is posted publicly on our website. This is

Victor has a higher technical education degree (Moscow Aviation Technology

Institute). He is Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. He

successfully implemented many IT projects, including large federal ones. Since

2016 he has been engaged in blockchain technologies.

He is interested in cyber security. He participates in various hacker contests,

forums, meetings, and conferences on security. When creating smart contracts,

first of all, he pays attention to possible vulnerabilities and safety of the crypto

investors’ funds.
