Butokan Self Defence Systems

This is a 4 week compact Self-Defence program taught by qualified, accredited, experienced, and fully insured instructors.

The course suits children and adults from 6 years of age and up.

For younger children we strongly

recommenced that an adult family member be on the mat with the child as there are adult concepts and situations discussed. Some course matter is confronting however it is dealt with in a polite manner.

Physical fitness is not a prerequisite and most chronic ailments can be accommodated with prior notice. If you have concerns, get a clearance form your doctor. If you have minor disabilities, have a support worker with you to assist for at least the first lesson until you can gauge any limitations that may affect you.
