SUMMER OFFICE HOURS for Bartlett Baptist Kindergarten & Preschool

Our teachers’ last In-service day is Friday, May 27th, immediately after the Spring Program/Kindergarten Graduation.

Ms. Susan or Ms. Cindy will work during the summer on Tuesdays & Thursdays in the school office from 9:00 AM-

12:00 noon. If anyone needs information about registration, fall classes, tuition etc., please come by during these

hours. You can contact us at 901.333.3352 on these days or you can leave a 102210 message on the answering

machine if you need to, on any other day. It will be answered on our next work day. We will be

more than happy to arrange an appointment for a tour of our school. 042811N

The staff in the CHURCH office will NOT be able to provide any assistance with school matters.

Our school office will be closed the week of May 30-June 3! main church office

will be able to offer assistance about our school program at any time.

ORDER YOUR SPRING PROGRAM DVD

We will have a professional videographer here

to record the happy occasion Friday, May 27th.

You can pre-order yours for $20 starting May 5th.

Order forms will be located at the Welcome Desk

in the school lobby. Paper clip your completed

order form with your check or cash and place in large manila

envelope provided. Please make your check out to BBPS or

leave exact amount in cash. You may order these all the way

thru May 27th. However, the program day is somewhat hectic

and you will experience less stress if you pre-order. The DVDs

will be ready for you to pick up about the middle of June from

the school office. You will be contacted by email when they

arrive 030811 so you can come by our office for pick up.042811

End of Year Program & Kindergarten Graduation:

Mark your calendars now for our Spring Program/Senior Kindergarten Graduation. There is no cost for the program and plenty of seating is available in the church sanctuary for everyone 122110 you want to invite. The program will begin at 9:00 am and should last about an hour . All students will be dismissed for the 091611 summer immediately following the Friday, May 27th program.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at this exciting program. Videos will be made by a videographer and can be purchased for $20 each. Forms are available at the Welcome Desk 112210 outside the school office beginning Thursday, May 5th.

Summer Parent “Business Meetings”

for Fall Information

It is very important that at least one parent (and no children)

attend the meetings listed below. At this meeting you will

receive your Admissions Packet & School Handbook. You will

hear important information from me and your child’s new

teacher, specific to their particular classroom. Please mark 101211 your

calendars now and make every effort to have at least one adult attend to

receive the proper paperwork. We will also begin signing up for Stay & Play at

this meeting.

This Summer your child can take an adventure like no

other, deep within the mysterious sea. As kids

submerge themselves in God’s Word, they will discover

VIDEO: A professional videographer will record the entire event. You may order your own copy of this DVD for $20 (each) beginning May 5th. DVD orders may also be placed the day of the program. GRADUATION GOWN: Coming home Friday, May 13th Iron on low setting, hang on non-returnable hanger, cover in clear plastic bag (provided), label with student’s name (label provided). GOWN RETURNED TO SCHOOL: No later than May 20th. You may send them back any day between those dates.

ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY: In addition to the DVD that will be

professionally made you are welcome to take your own

pictures during our special “Kodak Moments” that will be

FALL REGISTRATION IS WELL UNDERWAY!

Some classes have filled, but others still have openings.

Please let me know if you plan to return this fall and

have just not signed up. I will work with 031012 you on

the finances, if needed, to the extent possible.

Please continue to tell your friends and neighbors about

us when you see them. Share great stories about us

wherever you go and on your face book page. Most of the prospective parents that come

to see us for a tour and to register their student, tell me they had a referral from one of

you. That makes them feel very good about their

decision because they trust your judgment.

We are always happy to take prospective parents

on a tour of our school. We love to show this

program and these wonderful teachers off. They

will need an appointment however, and can make

one by calling 901.333.3352. WE ARE 81% FULL!!!

Due to space limitations, each student may have ONE visitor.

If mom can’t come, grandmothers, aunts etc. are welcome.

EVERY student is invited to participate in the Spring Program, Friday, May 27th. Please let your

teacher know if your child will NOT be participating so we can adjust our rehearsals accordingly.

Dear Parents,

I absolutely cannot believe this is the last newsletter of the school year. It is amazing how quickly this year has just shot past us all. I think it is true: when you are having fun, time moves even faster.

We have made many wonderful memories during these past few months that will last a life time. I

just keep a smile on my face when I think of the many awesome experiences I have had the pleasure to share with you and your precious children.

We have experienced painting, coloring, shapes, colors, numbers, manners, snacks, live animals,

show & share, star of the week, fire, tornado, safety, & earthquake drills. We have had visits from local dentists, eye doctors, policemen, and firemen along with their vehicles just to name a few of our activities.

I have to say that my personal favorite of the entire year remains the experience of the live nativity

presented by the Senior Kindergarten at our Christmas Program. What a blessing!! The Senior Kindergarten Graduation ceremonies promise to be special as well.

I am so looking forward to the Spring Program and the Senior Kindergarten Graduation. Our May 27th program will prove to be awesome, emotional and full of lifetime memories. Thanks again for allowing

me the privilege of loving on your children this year.
