Calvert Education Services• Separation from the Calvert Day School.

– In December 2012.

• Transition from non-profit to for-profit status.– In December 2012.– Initial investment by investor group.

• Acquisition of VSchoolz Inc.– In October 2013.– Key VSchoolz assets include digital curriculum and an excellent Learning

Management System.

• Expanded executive management team.– New President, Chief Academic Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

• Second round of investment pending.– To fund improvements and digitization of the Calvert Curriculum.– To be completed in the near future.
