device Usually breathtakingly simple Produces something better
Innovation = Change that creates a new dimension of performance
orChange that outperforms previous practice
………It is not change for change’s sake
Why the need for innovation?
1. Comprehensive Spending Review requires year on year cost savings;
2. Public expectations increasing;
3. Innovation leads to new solutions to old, complex problems.
