    Landscaping/Tree Committee Gloria RotanGloria Rotan advised us that the results of inspection by the All Pest biologist indicated that:

    - the sod it growing mold and has fungus- we have an infestation of Chinch bugs- Some sod wont come back, some will with the application of pesticide.

    Jeff Clotfelter moves to authorize Gloria Rotan to spend up to $1000 towards treatment of fungus,Leo Rotan seconds. AIF

    VI. Old Business:A. Contract for management services.

    Leo Rotan moves to hire Milestone Management of Tallahassee, Jeff Clotfelter seconds. Jeff Clotfelter, LeoRotan, Sheila Chitty, in favor. Bill Graham abstains due to possible conflict.B. Clubhouse flooding: Current potential for flooding should we sandbag the kitchen door?

    Status of waterproofing estimates, carpentry (including exterior), painting.Jett Builders will do repairs to the clubhouse caused by flooding, at time + materials.Leo Rotan moves to authorize Jett to do the repairs, Jeff Clotfelter seconds. AIF

    C. Status of insurance claims (carport at 313)D. Status of bids for stucco removal unit 505.E. Status of estimates for drainage work at unit 504 and 406.

    VIII. New Business

    A. Insurance renewalThe best coverage for fire protection is option 2. See attached.

    Leo Rotan moves to go with option 2 (Lloyds), Jeff Clotfelter seconds. AIF

    B. Unit 205 Restoration of patio fence to original location.Bill Graham proposes to send letter to unit owner to restore fence to original locationC. Set special meeting for Board to prioritize decks & and other work for remaining 2008.

    D. Westwood pressure sprayer.E. Resident use of clubhouse for bridge game night.F. Emergency Deck at 215, deck at 311, deck at 512, sidewalk deck at 516.

    215- Has a big hole in the deck. The estimate to repair it (the foundation is solid) is $1250516-owner asked to have her sidewalk deck repaired- Jett inspected and found the foundation to be rotten. He wont repair it without repairing the foundation.- His estimate is $6800

    512- the estimate for repairing the deck patio is $8250 with an additional $735 for a privacy wallPhyllis Graham has the names of three other builders, and will get estimates from them for these repairs.

    215- Jeff Clotfelter moves to have Jett do the repairs on 215, Leo Rotan seconds. AIFG. Recycling at Westwood (Darrin).H. Proposal of items for next agenda. (Consider previously deferred items)

    Bill Graham moves to defer all unaddressed items until the next meeting, Jeff Clotfelter seconds. AIF

    Residents comments:Fancy requests a line item budget in regard to landscaping. Phyllis Graham will email it to her.

    The next meeting will be a continuation meeting on 9-9-2008, 7:15IX. Adjournment
