Bostik 9300 Recommended Uses For moulded or stale rubbers Ideal for thermoplastic rubbers Primer for footwear adhesives For use with Bostik 2402 adhesive system in the rubber lining industry Priming rubber latex clothing prior to bonding with Bostik adhesive. Coverage Up to 10m2 per litre depending on porosity of rubber. Application Instructions Scrub the primer into the rubber surface using cloth fixed to a wooden handle or a stiff nylon brush (Do Not use brushes with metallic parts). The active period for this primer is: (a) Minimum of 5 minutes before applying adhesive (b) Maximum of 1 hour prior to cementing For TPR surfaces use a soft brush If using a cloth for footwear application discard after 25 pairs of soles to avoid contamination. Mixing Mix all of Part B (100gm of powder) into 5 litres of solvent Part A. Shake gently for 5 minutes. When ready to apply, transfer to a polyethylene or glass container, not in a tin. Precautions Mixed product has a short shelf life of 3 months (mix amount only that is required) Use fresh primer on daily basis Discard unused product in P.E. or glass container at end of working day. Wear gloves to avoid stain contact and limit inhalation ¡V use in well venti-lated area with down draft extraction.

Bostik 2402 Description Bostik 2402 is high performance, two-component, cold curing solvent-based adhesive. It is specifically designed for adhering a variety of rubber-based surfaces as well as rigid and semi rigid surfaces. Bostik 2402 Adhesive is primarily a two part, cold curing solvent adhesive based on Polychloroprene rubber giving a tough, resilient bond. It has a wide range of industrial applications and gives good adhesion to most rubber surfaces such as natural, neoprene, butyl, hypalon, polyurethane and nitrile as well as wood, ferrous metals, laminated plastics and rigid PVC. (Refer to preparation section for Primer recommendations). Bostik 2402 has high heat resistance and exhibits good resistance to water, humidity etc. when used with Bostik 9101 Curing Agent (part B) curing agent. NOTE: Bostik 9101 Curing Agent is a coloured product. Bostik 9105 Curing Agent may be used if a clear version is required. Recovery Kit

Snatch blocks reduce the load placed on a winch when performing a recovery or to avoid damage when changing the direction of the cable. The snatch block has two outer steel casings which swivel apart and allow the winch cable to be placed over the pulley wheel. Attach snatch blocks to appropriately rated recovery accessories such as tree trunk protectors or extension straps. Connection should be made using rated Bow or D shackles through the eyelets on the two outer casings of the snatch block. Features 8000kg capacity, heavy duty neoprene storage bag for protection when not in use.
