The Wellness Activity Calendar on the next page includes our monthly Wellness themes, featured health observances, and suggested activities to engage your employees in making healthy lifestyle changes. In many cases, we can also provide you with the flyers and posters you need to announce and promote these activities, as well as the tip sheets to help educate your employees.

Remember, this is only a guide—feel free to use some or all of the suggestions, switch up the activities or add your own! Plan your initiatives and activities based on the greatest health needs of your organization.
