Welcome to the
Counselor Education
Annual Student Meeting
The Four Friends
Lessons from the Four Friends
By working together and using their individual talents, the four friends were able to reach and enjoy the fruit
None of us can do this alone- we all need a good support system both at Stetson and at home
Consider sincerely your responsibility as an individual and as part of this program
What happens when you don’t do your part? When others don’t do their part?
It is my belief that when we value others for their uniqueness and differences, then we enhance the
possibilities for our children and ourselves. To me, that is what community is truly all about—when it is practiced
and realized in our daily lives with those we love and with those we have been taught to fear.

Your Intention Creates Your Reality:
What is your Intention for the
Upcoming Year?
An intention is a guiding principle for how you want to
be, live, and show up in the world
An intention is something you want to align with in your
life-an aim, a purpose, or attitude
Intentions come from your heart
Setting an intention is a way to bring your heart and
mind into alignment.
It is not a “should”
