Timesheets must be signed by supervisor and/or FWS Coordinator

Timesheets cannot reflect hours during a student’s scheduled class time

Students should work and report time in 15 minute intervals

Must have 30 minute break if working a 10-hour day

evaluation at the end of each academic term

Discuss any problems with student if performance is not satisfactory

Students are here for academic reasons first!

Supervisors should discuss problems concerning job performance with student. If no improvements are shown:

Contact FWS Coordinator about student’s problem with attendance, performance, and/or conduct

Document student’s performance on Positive Discipline form

Meet with student and FWS Coordinator

Advise student who to report to if you are not going to be there
