The Palm Beach Hotel has 299 fully renovated rooms, with one Imperial Suite, eight Mini-Suites and 290 double rooms overlooking the swimming-pool, all with bathroom, balcony, telephone, hairdryer, satelliteTV, mini-bar, individual heating and air-conditioning... and all the comfort and peace you could ask for.

This booklet describes the different services we can offer you, and the best way to enjoy them. If you have any comments or suggestions about anything in the hotel, please do not hesitate to contact the Manager’s office.We will be glad to attend you.

The Management

Information

Rooms are for the exclusive use of guests.

The voltage in the rooms and bathrooms is 220 volts.

Please ensure that you are familiar with the emergency stairs and emergency exits. In case of fi re, never use the lifts. All information appears at the entrance to your room.

Please vacate your room by 12.00 a.m. on your day of departure. If you wish to prolong your stay, please inform Reception, and you will be informed of the price to apply.

Please do not take towels from your room to the swimming-pool. We have pool towels service at Reception.

Please do not make any noise in the corridors after 11.00 p.m.

For safety reasons, please do not smoke in bed.

THE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES ARE AT RECEPTION.We recommend that you HIRE one, since the Hotel does

not accept responsibility for valuables which are NOT DEPOSITED in a safety deposit box.

The staff at the PALM BEACH HOTEL are participating in a programme

of effi cient environmental management, and we would

appreciate your co-operation through the responsible use

of energy and water.

Reception is open 24 hours a day.

MONEY CHANGING SERVICE, SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES, FAX, WAKE UP CALL AND PICNIC SERVICES are available. Picnic should be requested previous day before 9 p.m. at Reception.

If you need more information about extra services such as SAUNA, GYM, DISCO OR TABLE-TENNIS services, or about excursions, transport, etc., please do not hesitate to ask and we shall be pleased to help you.

Animation

We have a great entertainment programme, with gymnastics, competitions, games, music, dancing, shows, parties,... Our entertainments team’s activity programme is available in the foyer.

For further information, ask a member of our entertainment team.

The COCO-CLUB, our childrens activity centre, is open during the summer, next to the outdoor pool, where our entertainment team will offer a wide range of activities for our younger

guests.

Salón Dalí

In a relaxing atmosphere with excelent service, the Hotel Palm Beach is an ideal place to celebrate reunions and social events. Our salon seats 300 people an we put at your disposal the most modern equipment.

“El Templo” Disco

Situated in the basement of the hotel, where you can enjoy the latest in music and a decoration unique in the area.

Swimmingpool

The complex has two swimming-pools, one of which is heated.

The outdoor pool is open from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (summer) and to 6.00 p.m. (winter), and the indoor pool, from 8.00 a.m. to 7.45 p.m. (These times may be modifi ed in exceptional circumstances).

Free sun-beds and pool towels are available.

It is not allowed reserve a sun bed with towels or clothing.

For safety reasons, glass and cans are not allowed in the swimming-pool area.

Bathing caps must be worn in the indoor pool.

POOL BAR A wide variety of snacks, sof drinks and ice-creams are available at the pool-bar. Open during

the summer.

Restaurant “El Patio”

The opening hours of the Restaurant are:

Breakfast: 8.00 to 11.00 a.m. Lunch:13.00 to 15.30 p.m. Dinner: 19.00 to 22.00 p.m.

These times may change seasonally or due to exceptional circumstances.

It is not allowed to enter the Restaurant in your swimwear, bring in or take food and drink out of the Restaurant. Long trousers must be worn at dinner.

Please contact our Headwaiter for any special request or suggestion.

Bar Cafetería “Hawai”

The Hotel cafeteria is open from 10.30 a.m. to 00.00 midnight.

These times may change seasonally or due to exceptional circumstances.

We have an attractive selection of cocktails and ice-creams.

Only food and drink purchased at the Hotel’s bars may be consumed in the terrace and cafeteria areas.

Laundry

If you need any clothes washed and/or ironed, please put them in the bag you will fi nd in your wardrobe or give them to your chambermaid. Your clothes will be returned to you in 24 hours.

The price of this service can be found in your room, and will be charged at Reception.

We hereby inform all customers that in complying with the law of protection of personal data 15/1999, dates provided will be incorporated in the fi les registered in the registry of the spanish agency of protection for personal data for which we are responsible at Hotel Palm Beach (Playa y Cielo S.L).The collected data may be used to inform you of other services and information as well as our activities and promotions.

In compliance to L.O. 1/1992, the data of the guests will be provided to the security forces of the state for the purposes agreed under the above mentioned law. If you do not wish to receive calls in your room or do not want us to give your details from the hotel to a third party, (whether or not you are staying in the hotel and your room number), please inform reception

upon arrival. If you want the bill for the services of your stay, please note that only the customer will be entitled to apply for it at reception.

Snack bar includes: a selection of sausages, chicken nuggets, beef burgers, chips, tomatoes, salads, cold meat and cheeses.

The beautifulBenidorm beaches

The most well know beaches in Benidorm are Poniente and Levante which between them measure 6 km long. Poniente is characterized by its new promenade and by having a more family atmosphere whereas the Levante is more orientated for young people who visit the pubs on the seafront. This beach is normally quite crowded and it can be a job to fi nd adequate space but at the same time creates a great social setting… annoying and beautiful at the same time.

But these are not the only beaches in Benidorm there are many more and we believe they are the true jewels of the city of Benidorm.

TI XIMO COVE

The colour of the water , localization and natural surroundings of this beach make it a perfect for divers and snorkelling.

The outstanding marine fauna could be featured in a documentary, the surrounding rocks are

perfect for a day of fi shing.

ALMADRABA COVE

This beach is situated next to the cove of Ti Ximo, a

beautiful sandy cove with the occasional rock and

clear water, a beautiful cove to spend the day with a picnic prepared at home.

PONIENTE COVE

Forms part of the Poniente beach that is always full of people but this cove is right at the end of the beach so less people tend to visit it.. This means that you are able to spend a great day there without having to worry about crowds. There is a rocky area which is great for snorkelling and although it doesn´t have the big waves of Hawai the local surfers have great fun riding the smaller waves of Benidorm.

MAL PAS BEACH

This beach is situated between the port and the edge of the old town of Benidorm so is therefore very central. It is very small when compared to its neighbouring beaches of Levante and Poniente which means it is far less crowded than the other beaches of Benidorm. With the comforts of a large beach, restaurants, sun beds, lifeguard and local shops it is a perfect beach for those lazy days.

Benidorm is a marvelous place for all types of preferences and tastes.
