Lets clear the air about some things

• I’m back for my 23rd year, my 14th year at Oak Park• I have been teaching Louisiana for all these years• I have an S.S. degree, an art degree, journalism degree,

and a technology degree• I have done art, 6/7/8 ss, newspaper, yearbook, junior beta,

video • However, I can be just as tuff and/or fun as you want me to

be.

• Over all these years I haven’t changed any of my procedures and I’m NOT starting today!

Our way of doing things• We plan to have fun, limited homework, lots of E/C

• We start the day the same way everyday– Line up outside like we did today– Come inside when told, do LaGumbo– Take out your agenda, write down Fact-of-Day– Get ready for daily project/activity/bookwork/note

taking/game/play/maps

• The room must be cleaned before you leave• The bell does not release you, I do• No one leaves the room for potty or water

–Only “When the bell rings!”
