HarborOne’s Annual “Officers Day of Service” Backpack-a-thon resulted in 2,500 backpacks filled with new school supplies for thousands of local children.

The third annual Small Business “Pitch Contest” provides the opportunity for area entrepreneurs to present their business plans and ideas in a constructive, fun and friendly forum. Every November, HarborOne runs our Harvest For Hunger campaign, providing local food

Conversion Weekend Overview

At the close of business on Friday of Conversion Weekend, your current deposit and loan accounts at Coastway Community Bank will become HarborOne Bank accounts. On the following pages, you will learn important details about your new accounts, and the variety of other benefits and services we offer to make your banking easier and more rewarding.

Transition HighlightsBranches: All Coastway Community Bank branches open as HarborOne branches after Conversion Weekend. All branch hours will remain the same. Please see page 16 for a listing of our branches.

Account Numbers: Your account number may be changing (please refer to your welcome letter in this packet for your new numbers). See page 5 for important details.

Electronic Deposits and Payments: Your direct deposits, payments and transfers will continue without interruption. However, to avoid possible delay, you should contact the companies originating electronic transactions to your account and provide them with your new account number and the new bank routing number 211381372.

Deposit Statements: A statement with your final Coastway activity will be generated on the Friday night of Conversion Weekend and you should receive it the following week. If you currently receive e-statements, you will automatically continue to receive them after conversion. You will have access to 18 months of your past e-statement history using HarborOne Online Banking.

Debit and ATM Cards: Current Debit and ATM cardholders will receive a new HarborOne Debit or ATM card prior to conversion. Your HarborOne Debit or ATM card will arrive with specific instructions on when to destroy your old Coastway cards and begin using the new HarborOne card. If you do not receive your card in the mail by Conversion Weekend, please call our HarborOne Conversion Hotline at (800) 345-1050. Please see page 10 for more details.

Online & Mobile Banking: Your Coastway Online Banking service will be discontinued on or before the Conversion. You will be able to access your accounts through HarborOne Online Banking using your current user name, however for security purposes you will be required to establish a new password during your initial login. Please see page 10 for details.

Online BillPay: The Coastway Billpay service will be discontinued prior to Conversion Weekend. Refer to your Welcome Letter for key dates and times for system availability.

Once the data conversion has been completed, you will have access to HarborOne BillPay. All of your current BillPay information will be automatically converted, including payees, recurring payments and future-dated payments.

IMPORTANT: There are significant changes in the BillPay system. Please read the detailed information within this guide and within the email announcements you will receive regarding changes to the Billpay service. See page 11 for details.

Mobile App: Once conversion is complete you may access your HarborOne accounts via the HarborOne Mobile App. It can be downloaded at any time from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Telephone Banking: Simply dial (508) 895-1900, to use HarborOne Telephone Banking. When you call you will be prompted to enter your new HarborOne account number. The temporary PIN will be the last four digits of your Tax ID. If you need assistance, please call our HarborOne Conversion Hotline at (800) 345-1050.

FDIC Insurance and SIF Insurance: At HarborOne, your deposit accounts will be insured by the FDIC up to $250,000 per depositor. In addition, HarborOne provides additional insurance for your deposits through the Share Insurance Fund (SIF). The SIF is a private fund owned by the member co-operative banks, which insures all deposits of all customers of co-operative banks.

➤ If you prefer a different Checking Account, we are happy to help. To change your account type please contact us after Conversion Weekend at (800) 345-1050 or visit your local branch office for assistance.

➤ You may continue to use your current checks. When you need to order new checks, simply contact HarborOne to place your next order with your new account and bank routing numbers.

FreePlus Checking A Free Checking account that’s actually free. With no requirements for minimum balance, direct deposit, or eStatements.

When you sign up for FreePlus Checking, you may also choose to receive 60 days free of Benefits Plus®, the nation’s premier membership program that offers real savings on products and services you use every day. (Benefits Plus is $3.95 per month after the 60 day free trial.)

i-Checking HarborOne i-Checking is the account for the customers that like to manage their money online.

This account pays a higher rate for those customers that actively use the HarborOne Debit Card, Online Banking and Bill Pay service, and are enrolled in the HarborOne eDocument Delivery Service.

Advantage Gold Our premier checking account, Advantage Gold offers the most comprehensive benefits based on your total deposits at HarborOne including access to the Advantage Gold Money Market account.

Checkit Checking Checkit is the fastest, easiest way to give your teenager financial independence while instilling good money management skills.

As an authorized signer, you give them the ability to manage transactions, either online or with a mobile device, and design a personalized debit card as their own customized way to pay.

You can link your checking account to this account for your 15-21 year old student, and transfer funds into the student’s account, receive online alerts, and monitor their spending.

Savings, Money Market Accounts & CDs➤ We have selected accounts that provide you with the same, or similar benefits to the

➤ For Certificates of Deposit (CD), there will be no change in rate, term or maturity date. After Conversion Weekend your Coastway CD will be subject to the HarborOne terms and conditions outlined in the enclosed Disclosure Booklet.

Statement Savings Traditional Statement Savings Account where you can have your debit card purchases rounded up to help you build your savings balance. Take advantage of estatements or combined statements with your other accounts.

CheckIt Savings This Savings Account delivers convenience and flexibility for young adults as they learn about personal financial management. This account is for 15–21 year olds and enables them to establish a savings account to work in conjunction with the CheckIt Checking account.

All Purpose Club Account HarborOne offers the flexibility for you to save your money for those special occasions.

Holiday Club Account Whether you’re focusing on the holidays or just planning for a special event, the HarborOne Club Account is right for you. We offer the ability to have your funds directly deposited into your HarborOne checking account at a designated future date.

With the Holiday Club your funds will be available in plenty of time for your holiday shopping.

iMoney Market This account offers a highly competitive interest rate for consumers looking for a high rate money market account.

Investors Money Market With higher interest rates for higher balances, our Investor Money Market Account is ideal if you tend to keep more funds on hand, and if you want both flexibility and a higher rate of return.

IRA Savings, Money Ask us about an IRA. Available in Savings, Money Market or CD accounts to help Market and CDs lock your funds in for retirement.

Certificate of Deposit (CD) HarborOne offers an array of different terms for CDs. From 3-month to 60-month terms available.

Mortgages, Loans and Lines of CreditWe are committed to making the transition of your loan to HarborOne as seamless as possible. Please review the important details below. The terms and conditions stated in your current loan documents will remain the same, including payment amount and due date.

MortgagesLoan account numbers: If your loan is currently serviced by Midwest Loan Services, your account number will remain the same. If your Mortgage loan is serviced by Coastway Community Bank, your account number will change slightly. Your new account number will contain your original Coastway member number with an added identifier and suffix. Refer to the Welcome letter in this packet for your new account number.

Making payments and contacting us:

➤ If you currently make your mortgage payments to Midwest Loan Services, please continue to mail payments directly to Midwest: HarborOne Bank in care of Midwest Loan Services, Inc., P. O. Box 188, Houghton, MI 49931.

➤ If you use any Online BillPay to make your loan payments, you must update the payee information and the new account number if applicable.

➤ Your new HarborOne loan bill will have the appropriate payee and mailing address information.

➤ HarborOne branches will not be able to accept Midwest loan payments.

Home Equity and Consumer LoansLoan account numbers: Your Coastway Home Equity Loan, Line of Credit or Consumer Loan account number will change slightly. It will contain your original Coastway member number with an added identifier and suffix.

Please be sure to use your entire new HarborOne Bank home equity loan, line of credit or consumer loan account number as it appears on your cover letter in this packet.

Making payments and contacting us

➤ Payments made after conversion should be mailed to our payment processing address: HarborOne Bank, P.O. Box 4139, Woburn, MA 01888-4139.

➤ Payments may also be accepted at any HarborOne Bank branch.

➤ If you use any Online BillPay to make your loan payments, you must update the payee information with the NEW account number and Bank name.

➤ If you are currently set up for automatic withdrawal or transfer from a savings or checking account, that process will continue. Please ensure the FULL payment amount due is available for withdrawal/transfer on the scheduled payment date as partial payment amounts will not be transferred.


➤ Billing Statements — HarborOne Bank offers monthly billing statements. Your new monthly billing statement should arrive 10-15 days prior to the scheduled payment due date.

➤ If you have Online Banking you can enroll in eBills (you will still continue to receive your paper bills).

Home Equity Line of Credit Checks➤ Please continue to use your current

HELOC checks.

All Coastway credit bureau reporting

➤ The major credit bureaus will be notified to transfer all Coastway mortgages and consumer loans to HarborOne Bank. Accurate account balances and histories will be carried over from Coastway and will be updated to identify HarborOne Bank as lender.

Accessing Your Account

Debit/ATM Cards➤ You should receive your new HarborOne Debit or ATM card before Conversion Weekend.

➤ To select your PIN and activate the card, you must call the number on the card. Instructions for using your new card will be enclosed with the card.

➤ If you had automatic payments using your Coastway debit card, you will need to update the information with your new card number and expiration date with those merchants.

➤ For security purposes, HarborOne has card limits that may differ from Coastway. Please become familiar with the daily card limits at HarborOne, listed below:

➤ Personalized Cards — HarborOne offers you the ability to create a Personalized Debit Card with an image of your choice. You can customize your debit card on our website with a personal photo. Use promotion code WELCOME and we will waive the $10 fee for your first card ordered.

➤ SUM Network — HarborOne is pleased to continue to offer you the benefits of the SUM network. Please look for the SUM logo when using other bank ATMs to avoid surcharges from other Banks.

➤ Debit and ATM card services are subject to the terms, conditions and fees outlined in the enclosed Disclosure booklet.

Personal Online Banking ➤ HarborOne Online Banking will be available immediately following Conversion Weekend.

Simply visit www.harborone.com to get started.

For the first login, you will use your current Coastway User ID. Your initial password will be the last four digits of your SSN followed by the first five digits of your zip. You will then be prompted to establish a new password.

➤ PopMoney will be discontinued prior to Conversion Weekend. Online Messaging will advise you of important details. HarborOne offers a similar service “Pay It Now” within the HarborOne app that allows you to pay other people with just a phone number or email with no registration required.

Personal Online BillPay➤ The new BillPay service has significant differences from the Coastway system. It is

IMPORTANT that you note the many changes in the processes identified below. Further detailed information is also available online: www.harborone.com/newbillpay.

➤ Your Online BillPay information will be automatically converted, including payees, recurring payments and future-dated payments.

➤ IMPORTANT: For your first 90 days of using the BillPay service, most payments will be made by paper check and mailed via the post office. Paper checks can take up to 7–10 days or longer. Please review your scheduled Billpayments to make any payment date adjustments necessary to avoid late payments.

➤ IMPORTANT: When funding a payment in BillPay, the funds are debited when the electronic payment is received or when the merchant cashes the check. This is different from your current process where funds are withdrawn from your account on the day you scheduled the payment. Please monitor your balances closely as this will be a change from how quickly you see the funds withdrawn from your account.

➤ IMPORTANT: If you have ebills set up, this service will be disabled prior to conversion and you will need to reestablish your ebills in your new HarborOne BillPay service.

Credit Cards at Coastway ➤ You may continue to use your existing Coastway Credit Card until you receive your new

HarborOne Credit Card.

➤ Your Credit Card number and the terms and conditions of your card will remain the same.

➤ Your Expiration Date and the Security Code on the back of your card will change.

➤ Payments for your Credit Card will no longer be accepted at the branch after conversion.

Business Online Banking and BillPay

➤ Access to Coastway Business Online Banking services will be discontinued prior to Conversion Weekend. Refer to your Welcome Letter for key dates and times for system availability. We anticipate HarborOne Business Online Banking will be available directly following the data Conversion Weekend. Simply visit www.harborone.com to get started.

➤ Your Online BillPay information will be automatically converted, including payees, recurring payments, and future-dated payments.

➤ The new HarborOne Business login process will not require company name. You will only need your User ID and password.

➤ With HarborOne Online BillPay, funds are debited from your account when electronic payment is received or when the merchant cashes the check. This will be a change from your current system, where they are debited from your account on your scheduled payment date. Please monitor your balances carefully as you adjust to this change.

➤ Electronic payments are typically received within 2-3 business days.

➤ ACH Origination and Wire Transfers: We will contact you personally prior to conversion. A Bank representative will set up a date to provide training on the new system.

Merchant Services

There will be no change to your Merchant Services account.


Remote Deposit

We will contact you personally prior to conversion to ensure a smooth transition. A HarborOne representative will setup a date with you to provide installation and training on the new Remote Deposit Capture system. The same scanners will be used with the new system.

Commercial Loans and Lines of Credit

➤ Your Coastway Loans and Lines of Credit will convert to HarborOne Loans and Lines of Credit.

➤ Your account number will change, but will include components of your current loan number so it will remain familiar. Your new account number is listed on your welcome letter.

➤ The terms and conditions expressed in your current loan documents will remain the same, including the interest rate and date your payment is due.

➤ Please continue to use your current Line of Credit Checks. When new checks are needed, HarborOne checks may be ordered.

➤ Remit payment to: HarborOne Bank, P.O. Box 4139, Woburn, MA 01888-4139.

➤ Your current Autopay at Coastway may take a portion of your payment if there are insufficient funds in the assigned deposit account. The HarborOne Autopay will only take your full payment. Please ensure the FULL payment amount due is available for withdrawal/transfer on the scheduled payment date as partial payment amounts will not be transferred.

➤ Most Lines of Credit may be accessed via Business Online Banking for advances and pay downs.

➤ All loan customers should contact their insurance carrier to change the lienholder clause from Coastway to HarborOne Bank. The lienholder clause should read: HarborOne Bank, ISAOA, ATIMA, 770 Oak Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

Business Value Checking Value Checking is designed to help you run your small business efficiently. This account is designed to suit the needs of most small businesses. You’ll get 150 free transactions per month with no minimum balance requirement.

Business Advantage For businesses with higher transaction volumes and higher average balances. With a combined balance of your business accounts of only $15,000 or more, the $20.00 monthly service charge is waived. As a bonus, HarborOne offers Advantage Gold Checking for the principal owner of the business.
