What is Social Business?

According to Dr. Mohammad Yunus -Social business is a non-loss, non-dividend company designed to address a social objective within the highly regulated market place of today. It is distinct from a non-profit because the business should seek to generate a modest profit but this will be used to expand the company’s reach, improve the product or service or in other ways to subsidise the social mission.(Source: Wikipedia)

7 principles of Social Business

According to Dr. Muhammad Yunus & Hans Reitz Social Business works with 7 principles Business objective will be to overcome poverty, or one or more problems

(such as education, health, technology access, and environment) which threaten people and society; not profit maximization.

Financial and economic sustainability. Investors get back their investment amount only; no dividend is given

beyond investment money. When investment amount is paid back, company profit stays with the

company for expansion and improvement. Environmentally conscious. Workforce gets market wage with better working conditions.Source: Wikipedia

What is Wastilizer?

Waste Fertilizer

WASTILIZER

Wastilizer, an innovated Hybrid word which is originated from the word WASTE and FERTILIZER that defines the production of fertilizer from the waste materials.

What is Accessibility?

Accessibility of a product defines its speedy and hollowness to the consumers.

Accessibility also encompasses the acceptance level of the product to the consumers.

Page 17: WELCOME. Presented by Md. Saifullahil-Azom Kazi Mahfuzur Rahman Syed Mohammad Asiful Alam.

Why WASTILIZER is Accessible?

Farmers, who live in the villages

Retailers, for the towns and suburban areas

Distributors for the Urban and city areas

Depots for the Industrial areas and fringe areas

Factory from where the WASTILIZER is produced

Page 18: WELCOME. Presented by Md. Saifullahil-Azom Kazi Mahfuzur Rahman Syed Mohammad Asiful Alam.

Why it is Affordable?

The Wastilizer as like as to the chemical fertilizer. So it is very familiar to them.

It is not so cost to produce and that is why it is cheap than chemical fertilizer.

It serves like chemical fertilizer though it needs much than chemical. But it needs not so much than chemical fertilizer. So everyone can carry it and use it easily.

Page 19: WELCOME. Presented by Md. Saifullahil-Azom Kazi Mahfuzur Rahman Syed Mohammad Asiful Alam.

About 80% of our country’s land is used for Agriculture. About 80% people of our country are engaged with

agriculture directly and indirectly. We have 142 million population and the area of our country is

only 1,47,570 sq.km. so a lot of fertilizer need to meet the demand by importing it.

Substitute Products Quality of organic manures varies widely, depending on the materials

used. However, basic criteria to consider suitability of the material as a nutrient source are:

Organic matter content by weight: minimum 30% Organic carbon content by weight: minimum 12% Total nutrients (N+ P2O5+ K2O) content by weight: minimum 5% (

http://www.fao.org/agriculture/crops/core-themes/theme/spi/plantnutrition/fertspecs/en/, 2012).

So it can substitute almost all the chemical fertilizer.

Page 22: WELCOME. Presented by Md. Saifullahil-Azom Kazi Mahfuzur Rahman Syed Mohammad Asiful Alam.

Contribution to the society The business have some objectives for better health, better environment

and access to the technological advancement. We see that everyone wants a dustbin but not in front of his house. Dispose of waste needs low land and far from residential, institutional,

parks, service centers. But it has some difficulties of spoil of water reservoirs, heavy cost for far distance and environmental pollution.

Waste materials are available and fertilizers are necessary and factories give some opportunities to the local labors and officers for economic sustainability.

We separate the wastes into solid wastes, plastic, polythene, paper, glass and chemical wastes. Without the solid waste, the extra earnings are used to expand the factory.

The Static Dynamic Shifting Stack System is environmental friendly according to the G-8 Countries and the products also.
