•Once you turn those in, you will receive your tickets for the Homecoming Information Session in return

• Friendly Reminders…• You will be provided tickets for 75% of your

organization; however, you only need 70% in attendance to receive full points

• You will be penalized full points if one person is caught turning in more than one ticket, advise your members not to do this.

objects, characters, scripts, audio, moving

Campus RelationsResidence Halls:

•MIZ-BBQ entry forms, found in the Rulebook MUST be turned TODAY before you leave.•One form is needed for each BBQ that will be taking place as opposed to each individual Hall. Organizations: •We are still offering our presentation if you are looking to show your Organizations different ways you can be involved in our Homecoming traditions. Please e-mail us at [email protected] to schedule a time and date•If you would like more information on the Grant program please come find us after the meeting today.

Campus RelationsOrganizations, Residence Halls, and Greek Groupings:

•Anyone who has not chosen a celebration or received a

rulebook please come see us today to take care of that!

•All Decorate the District proof of contact contracts are due by

next Thursday, Sept. 29

•Any group that was not paired with an establishment last week

please come find us after the meeting and we will get you set

up.

Merchandise• Campus Organization order forms are due today.

• Checks should be made out to Mizzou Alumni

Association with MERCHANDISE in the Memo

line.

Merchandise•Sunday, September 25th merchandise will be distributed to

Greek groupings and Campus Organizations. Assigned

times are on the following slide.

•Monday, September 26th merchandise will be distributed to

Residential Halls from 1-3 pm. Times will not be assigned

so as not to conflict with your class schedule. Come

anytime between 1-3 pm.

•On both dates, merchandise will be picked up at the

Reynolds Alumni Center.

Public RelationsBanner:•If you have yet to sign up for a banner location please see

us after the meeting.

•Banners are to be displayed by 5 pm on October 3rd

•Banners will be judged at 5 pm on October 4th

•Banners must be taken down by 6pm on October 16th

Service•September 30th

•Outside the Student Center

•Greek Grouping: Drop-off times on blog

•Campus Organizations: Drop-off anytime between 10 a.m.

to 3 p.m.

•Residence Halls: Drop-off anytime between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

-If you would like a bin to be placed in your residence

hall, please find us after the meeting

•4 people total per shift and at least one person from each

organization

•Residence Halls and Campus Organizations:

-Please sign up for time slots after the liaison meetings

-Assigned locations will be emailed to liaisons and posted

on the blog

24th at Jesse Auditorium.

•Script Summaries and Intro Videos are due next

Wednesday September 28th.

•Our next meeting is September 28th in Chambers

Auditorium at 8pm.

We have selected the National Anthem and IBA

participants.
