OVERLOOK ROOMYear-round

The Overlook Room, located in our exceptional new Highland Lodge has a casual elegance unlike any venue in the region. With vaulted wood ceilings and beams, the Overlook Room offers breathtaking bird’s eye views of the golf course and mountains on one side and a grand floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace on the other. Accommodating up to 270 guests, this is our largest venue. Facility Rental Fee $2,600

Ceremony | The Overlook Terrace Adjoining the Overlook Room, this grand terrace is the quintessential outdoor ceremony location offering exceptional views of the golf course and mountain valley.

BOULDER RIDGE LODGEApril through mid-December

Boulder Ridge Lodge, located in a private and intimate setting on the mountain, is truly unique and unrivaled in so many ways. Accessed by a private tree lined drive, this stunning log lodge features authentic post and beam construction and a beautifully crafted stone fireplace. The beauty of the outdoors can be enjoyed through an abundance of floor to ceiling windows. Boulder Ridge offers seating with elegant Chiavari chairs for over 200 guests in addition to a beautiful wrap around deck, tumbled brick patio and lawn area. Facility Rental Fee $2,300

Ceremony | Boulder Ridge GazeboOur cedar gazebo, surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape, is perfect for a most intimate and memorable ceremony.

ALPINE LODGE Mid-April through mid-November

With sweeping views of the mountain and a grand stone fireplace, the Alpine Lodge truly epitomizes a mountain resort venue. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams frame large windows which overlook our beautiful mountain setting. This spacious venue accommodates up to 240 guests and includes a separate, outdoor cocktail-hour patio. The Alpine Lodge offers two ceremony locations.Facility Rental Fee $1,500

Ceremony | Alpine PergolaOur mountainside three-tier, tumbled brick patio is accented with a stone and wood beam pergola forming the perfect backdrop for your outdoor ceremony.

Ceremony | Alpine CourtyardYour guests will witness your vows from manicured lawn seating while surrounded by the beautiful landscaping of the new Alpine Courtyard. The natural stone fireplace under the sweeping wood pergola will serve as the setting for you and your wedding party.

Ceremony Fee

All locations – $700 This fee includes a one hour rehearsal practice, preparation of ceremony area, set up/removal of white ceremony chairs and ceremony service for up to 45 minutes.

Holiday RatesSaturday pricing will be in effect on the following holiday weekends: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.


Guest Room Group Rates

Rates are based on double occupancy.Groups will receive a 10% discounted rate off the standard rack rate at their time of visit. Midweek: Sunday-ThursdayWeekend: Friday & Saturday

Guestroom Types

Standard Double, Standard Queen, Standard King, Parlor Double, Parlor Queen, and four Suites

1. Groups which require food, beverage and/or banquet space are permitted to block a maximum of 10 guest rooms without any financial obligation. Or a maximum of 25 rooms with a required financial obligation. Room blocks based on availability.

2. Check-in time is 3:00 pm the day of arrival and 4:00 pm during the winter months. Your group may be able to check-in before that time if rooms are available.

3. Our check-out time is 11:00 am. We ask that your guests please honor our 11:00 am check-out time on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in your guest being charged for an additional room night.

4. All individual reservations must be accompanied by a credit card and all reservations will be charged the first night’s stay (including tax) at the time the reservation is made.

5. If an individual fails to cancel within 48-hours prior to their check-in time, one night’s room fee will be charged.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary Shuttle ServiceLiberty Mountain Resort offers a complimentary shuttle service from Liberty Mountain Hotel to Boulder Ridge Lodge. Complimentary shuttle service begins 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time and ends 30 minutes after the reception has concluded.

Hotel Information

Invite your guests to stay at the Liberty Mountain Hotel. Guests may select from multiple room types which all include flat screen TVs, refrigerators and wireless internet service as well as easy access to all the amenities the resort has to offer. Guests enjoy a full hot breakfast with their stay, and children 12 and under are free. Guests over the age of 12 are an additional $12 per guest. Rates vary based on room type selection and season.

Rental Agreement / Deposit

Your event will be confirmed upon our receipt of your $2,000 booking/security deposit and signed Area Rental Agreement. If your event is cancelled for any reason your booking deposit is non-refundable.

Menu Selections and Pricing

In reviewing our packages, if you do not see something that satisfies you, please consider our Bride & Groom Signature offering that is available in our Crystal Package. You will meet with our chef who will customize a menu to suit your needs.

Substitutions due to dietary restrictions or vegetarian options can be accommodated. It is our policy that all food and beverage served and prepared by Liberty Mountain Resort may not be taken at the conclusion of your event.

All food and beverage menu items must be selected at least 60 days prior to your event. If an event is booked more than six months in advance, food and beverage prices are subject to change. Prices shown are in effect through December 31, 2019.

All events include five hours of room use. Additional hours will be billed at $500 per hour.

Guaranteed Attendance

To ensure precise quantities for your event, our chef must receive your guaranteed attendance 15 business days prior to your event. Should attendance fall below this guarantee, you are financially responsible for the difference.

Please note: Escort cards and assigned seating are required.

Payment

In addition to your initial deposit, non-refundable payments of 25% of your financial minimum are due at nine months and six months prior to your event. The remaining balance is due 10 business days prior to your event. Payment not received may result in the cancellation of your event.

Service Fees, Pennsylvania Sales Tax and Payment FormsAll prices are subject to 19% service charge and 6% sales tax. (Sales tax is not charged on alcoholic beverages.) Forms of payment accepted are Check, Credit/Debit Card, Money Order or Cash. Check and/or Money Orders should be made payable to Liberty Mountain Resort.

Hotel Contract

If hotel rooms are required a room block is created and a contract will be generated by our hotel reservations manager. This contract will contain “Room Release” dates, room rates and other specific information. Once your contract is received, you will have 10 days to return the contract to Liberty Mountain, otherwise, your hotel block is not guaranteed and may be released for re-sale. Please review the contract carefully, sign, date and return to our hotel reservations manager. Please note, once rooms are released, there is no guarantee of hotel availability nor is the group rate guaranteed. At time of guest’s reservation, payment for the first night’s stay and tax is required to confirm their reservation.

Rehearsal Practice

Ceremony rehearsals will be scheduled by appointment only. Please note, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, however, due to other scheduled events at Liberty Mountain Resort, we may not be able to accommodate your request. This date and time will be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to your wedding. Rehearsals are limited to 1 hour and will be coordinated by our event staff. Please arrive on time and be ready to begin at your scheduled rehearsal time. Should you arrive late, your rehearsal time may be reduced due to other rehearsals and/or event staff scheduled. Only those involved in the ceremony should attend the rehearsal. To ensure a successful ceremony, it is strongly recommended that your chosen officiant attend the rehearsal.

Wedding Ceremonies

Liberty Mountain Resort offers outdoor ceremony locations with each of our reception venues. There is a fee for this service. If your event is moved indoors due to inclement weather, your guests will be seated at their reception tables for the ceremony service. The Overlook Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a separate indoor ceremony, should your guest count exceed 150, your guests will be seated at their reception tables.

Decorations

Items may not be affixed to the walls, floor or ceilings with nails, staples, tape, or anything which may cause permanent damage. Confetti/glitter is not permitted on premises. All candles must be smokeless and dripless, and you may not have an open flame. Any decorations that are brought in must be removed and/or disposed of at the close of your function. Liberty Mountain Resort is not responsible for the removal and/or disposal of decorations. A cleaning fee will be assessed if LMR staff has to remove decorations left behind by the contracted host(s).

Alcohol Policy

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Liberty Mountain Resort, outside alcohol is not permitted. Identification showing proof of age will be required of everyone consuming alcohol. Shots are not allowed as part of our catered bar service.

Personal Property

Liberty Mountain is not responsible for any personal property. Any items that are left behind will be held for 14 days and then disposed of at our discretion.

Security

Liberty Mountain Resort reserves the right to have security personnel on duty for your scheduled event. Security personnel will remain on property until all participants have vacated the property.

Wedding Rentals


You will be assigned an Event Service Coordinator approximately six months prior to your event date. Your Event Service Coordinator will work closely with your Sales Specialist to ensure your day is fully detailed and planned according to your wishes.

Rehearsal Practice

• Confirm your reception room arrangements and make any necessary changes/adjustments.

• Review your Wedding Contract, complete the wedding timeline, and make any necessary changes/adjustments.

• Coordinate your wedding rehearsal in conjunction with the Officiant. Both the processional and the recessional will be rehearsed.

Day of Wedding

• Meet with vendors to review the schedule of events.

• Review ceremony music selections and cues with the DJ/Band.

• Keep wedding party apprised of guest arrival and start time of event.

• Confirm parents, grandparents, and wedding party are properly placed for the processional, and ensure ceremony begins as scheduled.

• Coordinate wedding party processional.

• Facilitate wedding party reception introductions.

• Coordinate dinner service with Chef and Food & Beverage Coordinator.

• Event Service Coordinator will remain on site through dinner service.

• A Food & Beverage Coordinator will be present until the completion of your event.
